Peace, Good morning! May I have your attention please. In five minutes, we will begin our program to We
kindly ask everyone to please take their seats and prepare for the start of the program. Thank you.

Start:
What we are is God's gift to us, what we become is our gift to God. This compelling word of Eleanor Powell
has been made true today as we gratify and appreciate the goodness of the Lord in this joyful celebration.

Today, God give us another good reason to celebrate as we welcome our new Hospital administrator who
evidently manifested God's powerful gift that enabled her to persevere and to progress in her calling to serve
the Surigaonons.

Peace, good morning ladies and gentlemen.


We welcome you all to the Welcome Party of our new hospital administrator of St Paul Surigao University
Hospital, SR. MARIA TERESITA PAREÑO, SPC!!

To formally start this program , may we request everyone to please rise for an Opening prayer as we induce
our deep reverence to the Father Almighty through an audio visual presentation.

Please be seated.

Today is a very significant day for all of us since we will be welcoming a very important person, the person who
will now guide us, lead us, and mentor us. To formally open the program and give us an introduction to our
new administrator, may I call on our Nursing Services and Human Resources Director. SR. MELANIE
GUZMAN, SPC, Let’s give her around of applause please!

Thank you Sr. Melanie! At this point in time, we will be hearing a message from St. Paul Surigao University
Hospital new hospital administrator, SR. MARIA TERESITA PAREÑO, SPC. We are very excited Sr. to listen
to your expectations, what you are as a leader, what we will expect for the coming days, and what we can do
to help you under your administration. Please join me in welcoming Sr. Ma Teresita for giving a big round of
applause please!

At this juncture, to pay homage to our dear hospital administrator, we will witness series of cultural
presentations that highlight the rich and diverse heritage of our province that is to be staged to us by the
Nursing Services Department followed by the Diagnostic Imaging Department. Let’s give them around of
applause please!

Thank you so much for those fascinating presentations NSD and DID. Moving forward, To represent our dear
doctors, may we call on our laboratory pathologist at the same time our hospital’s medical director, DR.
PONCIANO S. LIMCANGCO to give a message. Let’s give him around of applause please!
Thank you Dr. Limcangco. At this juncture, Let's witness another series of presentations to be given to us by
the PHARMACY/LINEN/PURCHASING employees, to be followed by the MAINTENANCE and lastly from
HOUSEKEEPING. Let's give them a round of applause.

Thank you so much for those wonderful dance numbers. Let's clap our hands once again for those amazing
performances. Indeed, SPSUH employees are really talented.

splendid foods served to us. Let us have first our lunch to have more energy for the next part of this event.

There we have it ladies and gentleman, Lunch is served. Everyone is hereby invited to partake lunch.
You may now feel free to get your food at the buffet table, and please, enjoy your meal. Thank you!

And while you’re enjoying your lunch, we have some more entertainment in store for our new
hospital administrator. Let's witness another series of performances through a video presentation to
be given to us by the CLINICAL LABORATORY department to be followed by the FMS and lastly
from HR/NSO/TQM . Let's give them a round of applause!
