Subject: Application for Leave of Absence
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Niranjan Kr. Das, a student of Class 12 (Commerce), Roll No. 03, in your
esteemed institution. I would like to inform you that I will require leave from
22nd April 2025 to 9th May 2025 as I will be staying in Bihar due to a family
medical emergency.
I came to Bihar on 15th April 2025, as my grandmother is scheduled to
undergo surgery on 20th April 2025 after suffering a fall from a chair that is
expected to result in a coccyx fracture. My presence will be necessary to assist
my family during her treatment and recovery.
I am aware that my absence will overlap with school activities and the
upcoming exhibition. However, I will participate indirectly by providing my
contribution and necessary materials to my team before the event so that my
responsibilities are fulfilled.
Additionally, I have brought some of my books and notebooks with me so that
I can continue my studies and keep up with the syllabus during my stay here. I
will also submit a medical certificate for official reference.
I kindly request you to consider my situation and grant me leave for the
mentioned period.
