Basic Paragraph Structure

Topic Sentence
State the main idea, and limit the scope controlling idea

Topic Sentence(2)
Is a statement about the limited topic: If it hadnt been for football, I might never have taken school seriously.
is a complete sentence. its not a title football and my school

Topic Sentence(3)
A good topic sentence should capture readers interest and explain what the paragraph is about.

Supporting Sentences
Developing the topic sentence by giving examples, facts, reasons, and statistics

Specific details that refer to the five senses convey ideas vividly sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch.
