ABSTRACT

The Supervisor Student Project Approval Portal (SSPAP) is developed to streamline and optimize
the management of student projects within academic institutions. Traditional project approval
processes often face challenges related to inefficiencies, delays, and communication gaps between
students and supervisors. SSPAP addresses these issues by automating key workflows, centralizing
information, and offering a structured approach to project submissions, approvals, and feedback.
Key features of the portal include tools for managing supervisor profiles, tracking project statuses,
and organizing presentation schedules, all of which enhance transparency and efficiency in
academic project management. Through SSPAP, institutions can facilitate better communication,
improve administrative oversight, and foster a more organized and transparent project approval
environment that benefits both students and faculty.
