BEST PAIRS, TIMEFRAME AND DEPOSIT

Before investing real money, I always recommend experimenting in demo mode to discover how the EA
work.

I, the author, use the EA on EURUSD and GBPUSD H1 timeframe with the default settings, except for a
"risk" setting of 3.

Minimum deposit: 1000 usd

Never use more then 0.01 lot size every 1000 usd

EXCEPTION

If your broker uses fifo rules like in the United States of America, in this case use the appropriate set file.

If you use low leverage account 1:25, use a minimum deposit of 2000 usd

TRADING ENVIROMENT

Your platform must also remain open 24 hours a day, to make the robot work properly

BASIC SETTINGS
• Allow Buy: Enables the EA to open buy trades.
• Allow Sell: Enables the EA to open sell trades.
• Max Number of Orders: Maximum number of open orders allowed at the same time.
• Max one Trade any Bar: If enabled, the EA can open only one trade per bar.
• Fifo Closing: If enabled, the EA will use First In First Out mode for closing trades.
• Allow Buy and Sell at Same Time: If enabled, the EA can open both buy and sell trades
simultaneously.
• Magic Number: Unique identifier for the EA’s orders.
• Max Spread: Maximum allowed spread (in points) for opening trades.
• Max Average Spread: Maximum allowed average spread for opening trades.

MONEY MANAGEMENT SETTINGS

• Lots: Fixed lot size for each trade (used if Money Management is disabled).
• Money Management: If enabled, the EA will calculate lot size automatically based on risk settings.
• Risk Percent: Percentage of account balance to risk per trade (used if Money Management is
enabled).

INDICATOR SETTINGS

Stochastic Indicator
• Enable Stochastic: Enables the use of the Stochastic indicator for trade signals.
• Stochastic Timeframe: Timeframe used for the Stochastic indicator.
• Stochastic Slow K: Number of periods for the %K line.
• Stochastic Slow D: Number of periods for the %D line.
• Stochastic Slowing: Smoothing factor for the %K line.
• Stochastic Upper/Lower Level: Distance from the upper (80) and lower (20) levels used for signal
generation.
• Stochastic MA Mode: Moving average method for the Stochastic indicator.
• Stochastic Price: Price type used for Stochastic calculation.
• Stochastic Strategy:

UpperAndLowerLevelCross: Generates a sell signal when the main line crosses above the upper level (e.g.,
80), and a buy signal when it crosses below the lower level (e.g., 20).

MainAndSignalCross: Generates a buy signal when the main line crosses above the signal line, and a sell
signal when the main line crosses below the signal line.

ATR (Average True Range) Indicator

• Enable ATR: Enables the use of ATR as a filter.
• ATR Timeframe: Timeframe used for ATR calculation.
• Main ATR Periods: Number of periods for the main ATR calculation.
• Second ATR Periods: Number of periods for the secondary ATR calculation (used for comparison).
 • Other ATR Periods: Number of periods for an additional ATR calculation (used for comparison).
• ATR Logic: The EA will only trade if the main ATR and the additional ATR are both lower than the
secondary ATR, and the additional ATR is also lower than the main ATR.

ADX (Average Directional Index) Indicator

• Enable ADX: Enables the use of the ADX indicator as a filter.
• ADX Period: Number of periods for ADX calculation.
• ADX Limit: Threshold value for ADX.
• If ADX Reverse Rules is enabled, the EA will trade only if ADX is above this value.
• If ADX Reverse Rules is disabled, the EA will trade only if ADX is below this value.
• ADX Reverse Rules: Inverts the ADX filter logic.
• ADX Method: Moving average method for ADX calculation.
• ADX Timeframe: Timeframe used for ADX calculation.

CCI (Commodity Channel Index) Indicator

• Enable CCI: Enables the use of the CCI indicator as a filter.
• CCI Periods: Number of periods for CCI calculation.
• CCI Upper/Lower Level: Threshold for CCI signals.
• CCI Reverse Rules: Inverts the CCI filter logic.
• CCI Timeframe: Timeframe used for CCI calculation.
• CCI Price: Price type used for CCI calculation.
• CCI Logic:

If CCI Reverse Rules is enabled, the EA will buy when CCI is below the negative threshold and sell when CCI
is above the positive threshold.

If CCI Reverse Rules is disabled, the EA will buy when CCI is above the positive threshold and sell when CCI
is below the negative threshold.

ALGO ENTRY TIMING

Algo Entry Timing: Enables a proprietary algorithm for optimizing trade entry timing.

ADDITIONAL FILTER
• Enable Additional Filter: Enables an extra filter based on a moving average.
• Moving Average Timeframe: Timeframe for the moving average filter.
• Moving Average Period: Number of periods for the moving average.
• Moving Average Method: Moving average calculation method.
• Moving Average Applied Price: Price type used for the moving average.
• Threshold: Percentage distance from the moving average used as a filter.
• Reverse Filter Rules: Inverts the logic of the additional filter.

If disabled, the EA will not buy if the price is above the MA by more than the threshold, and will not sell if
the price is below the MA by more than the threshold.
If enabled, the logic is reversed.

TRADING HOURS
• Enable Time Filter: If enabled, the EA will only trade during the specified hours.
• Start Hour: Trading start hour (broker server time).
• Stop Hour: Trading stop hour (broker server time).

If the stop hour is less than the start hour, trading will continue overnight until the stop hour.

TRADING DAYS
• Monday–Sunday: If enabled, trading is allowed on the selected day.

Note: By default, grid operations are not restricted by trading days. To change this, see grid settings.

GRID SETTINGS
• Multiplier: Multiplier for lot size progression in grid/martingale strategies.
• Distance for Next Order: Minimum distance (in points) required before opening the next grid order.
• Max 1 Grid Order per Bar: If enabled, only one grid (recovery) order can be opened per bar.
• Bar for New Grid Order: Timeframe used to determine when a new grid order can be opened.

TARGET SETTINGS
• Take Target: Global take profit target (in points) for all open orders on the current chart (buy and
sell managed separately).
• Close on Open Price: If enabled, trades are closed only at the end of the bar, at the bar’s closing
price.

MONETARY LOSS SETTINGS

• Enable Monetary Stop Loss: If enabled, all trades are closed when the specified monetary loss is
reached.
• Monetary Stop Loss Amount: Maximum allowed loss (in account currency) before all trades are
closed.
• Multiply Monetary Loss: If enabled, the monetary stop loss amount is multiplied by 100 and by the
initial lot size.
• Stop EA after Loss: If enabled, the EA will be removed from the chart after the maximum monetary
loss is reached.
CLOSE TRADE SETTINGS
• Close Friday Night: Closes all profitable trades and prevents new trades from opening late on
Friday, reducing weekend exposure. Losing trades are left open for grid recovery.
• Close Friday Hour: Hour at which the above action is triggered.
• Forced Close Friday Night: Forces closure of all trades (including losing trades) late on Friday.
• Forced Close Friday Hour: Hour at which forced closure is triggered.

GRAPHIC & ALERT SETTINGS

• Custom Comment: Custom comment attached to each order.
• Custom Chart: If enabled, applies a custom color scheme to the chart.
• Show Panel: If enabled, displays an information panel with trading statistics.
• Show Button: If enabled, displays buttons for bulk closing all buy, all sell, or all trades.
• Allow Alerts: If enabled, the EA will display alerts for important events.

Strategy Overview – Dark Algo 2.0

By default, Dark Algo 2.0 scans the market using a combination of Stochastic, ATR, ADX, and CCI indicators.
Trades are opened when all enabled filters align: for example, a buy is triggered if the Stochastic crosses
above the lower threshold, ATR volatility conditions are met, ADX confirms trend strength, and CCI is above
its set level. The EA can open both buy and sell trades, and uses a grid recovery system to manage positions
if the market moves against the initial trade.

Lot size is calculated automatically based on your risk percentage, or fixed if money management is
disabled. The EA limits trading to user-defined hours and days, and can apply an additional moving average
filter to avoid trades when price is too far from the trend. Global take profit and monetary stop loss protect
overall account risk. All trade management, including grid orders, is handled automatically, with options for
manual intervention via on-chart controls. The strategy is designed to adapt to different market conditions
by combining multiple filters and dynamic position management.

GRID

Distance for next order: Distance for Next Order in point, if “One Trade Bar Grid” is false ->
otherwise this is the Minimum Distance, for open a grid trade

If “Bar for new grid order” is on true, we open only on Open of new Bar and Min Distance from
previous order. Grid Order Timeframe is about this parameter.
