After GET training period, candidates shall be assigned the role of Sales Engineer. Read below

Role Description
Technical sales engineers are a key point of contact for our customers and provide both pre and after-
sales advice. As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycle & business
development through customer acquisition and building long term relationships with customers which
ensures higher recall value.
What you’ll be doing

• Potential sales lead identification, who will benefit from company products or services
• Travel to field sites to meet customers, pitch about our products & persuade customers
towards successful closure of sales.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their
requirements.
• Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price,
and delivery.
• Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Meet our existing customers and competition customers, financiers on regular basis to finalize
our products as per our SOPs.
• Guide our dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and Product support.
• Capture machine performance report and customer testimonials regularly.
• Identify key customer in the area and ensure all necessary activities- sales, service, parts,
training- are completed to nurture and strengthen the relationship.
Educational Requirements

• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering -2025 pass outs


• Must meet GET eligibility criteria of L&T
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Sound technical knowledge of fundamental concepts of mechanical engineering


• Extroverted and outgoing, self-driven candidates
• Effective communication-Written & Verbal in English and vernacular language
• Teamworking and organizational skills
Note: The role involves extensive field travel on a regular basis. Candidates must be mentally
prepared to manage the same.
