This application functions as a proxy, serving as middleware for processing customer ticket
complaints. It acts as an intermediary between various processes. Additionally, it's designed
to seamlessly integrate with Kafka brokers, actively listening to incoming messages and
efficiently processing them.
The application interacts with a network of microservices to effectively address and resolve
customer ticket complaints. It facilitates seamless communication among these
microservices, contributing to a comprehensive complaint resolution process.
Responsibilities:
• Followed architectural guidelines strictly.
• Used Spring Boot framework to design and develop the application.
• Designed and developed the application using the Spring framework.
• Implemented business logic as per client requirements.

Description:
The Gateway is a virtual MDDS software application that functions to provide a single pipe
for secured data interchange between multiple Edwards hemodynamic monitors
(HemoSphere or future generations) and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, hospital
information systems (HIS), hospital computer information systems (CIS), multi parameter
monitors (MPMs), other 3rd-partymedical devices, and the Edwards Critical Care product
cloud. The Gateway is to be downloaded and deployed on-premise within the hospital
network. Fundamental to its design is the Gateway's ability to support flexible integration
with other systems (EMR and 3rd party medical device/hospital information systems).
