The Program Orientation:
Program orientation is a crucial process aimed at familiarizing student’s with a specific program. During
orientation, the students receive essential information about the program's objectives, policies, and
procedures. This process often includes introductions to key staff members, and an overview of the
program structure and assessment. Program orientation serves to create a welcoming and inclusive
environment, helping students feel more comfortable and prepared to engage effectively with the
program's activities. Overall, it plays a pivotal role in setting the foundation for a successful and
rewarding experience within the program. These sessions are organised program-wise on the dates
specified on the calendar. Let’s make this academic journey an enriching and productive experience
together.
Milestones:
Every module in the curriculum is thoughtfully designed to include comprehensive learning content
and engaging student activities such as the Discussion forum, to promote active learning and
interaction. Students are encouraged to thoroughly explore all the learning materials and actively
participate in the provided engagement activities to deepen their understanding of the subject matter.
To ensure a successful learning experience, students are expected to diligently complete all the required
activities and assessments within the stipulated timeframe. By adhering to the prescribed dates of
Milestones scheduled in the calendar students ensure their participating and completion of assessments
in the learning process.
Open House Sessions:
Through Open House Sessions, students can participate from the comfort of their homes and engage
with faculty. This interactive setting enables students to ask questions, seek advice, and gain insights
into various aspects of academics. Do join the session on the dates specified in the academic calendar,
belonging to your specific domain at 1200-1300hours IST.
LMS Orientation Sessions:
The LMS Orientation Sessions is held every month, offering students valuable guidance on how to
effectively navigate and utilize the Learning Management System (LMS). During these sessions,
students learn about the various features and functionalities of the LMS, empowering them to access
course materials, submit assignments, and engage in online discussions seamlessly. The LMS
Orientation Sessions foster a smoother online learning experience, enabling students to make the most
of the available resources and stay organized throughout their coursework. Kindly ensure your active
participation in the session on the specified dates mentioned in the academic calendar, pertaining to
your specific domain, scheduled from 1600-1700hours IST.
The Personal Contact Program (PCP):
The Personal Contact Program (PCP) is conducted at the end of each semester to assist students in
preparing for their upcoming exams. During the PCP sessions, students have the opportunity to interact
with their professors and peers in person, creating a conducive environment for active learning and
collaborative discussions. These face-to-face sessions allow students to seek personalized guidance,
clarify doubts, and gain deeper insights into complex topics, thereby enhancing their overall exam
readiness. Do participate in these face-face sessions scheduled on the specified dates as per the academic
calendar.

The End-Term Examination (ETE) Webinars are conducted at the end of the semester, providing

queries. Additionally, the ETE Webinars familiarize students with the exam portal, ensuring they are
