In partial modification of the policy guidelines under
4.1 are SUBSTITUTED with the following:

2. The other terms and conditions of the rules of policy guidelines issued vide letter
number-IV/ART/TADK/Policy/ Part-III, dated-19.06.2018 and 26.03.202 1 remain
unchanged.
