EXCEL - ASSESSMENT 1 - 2024

Create the following spreadsheet and save it as Class Grade

Follow the instruction below:

1. Convert all test mark to percentage


2. Format all mark to Number with NO decimal points
3. Total all 3 test marks.
4. Calculate the percentage for Total Mark.
5.Count how many blank cells for all tests and Final mark.
6. Calculate MIN, MX and AVERAGE marks for each test and final mark.
7. For final exam grade, use IF function to assign grade to each student. Refer to the analysis table
for the grade range. Your formula must use Absolute References.

Formula:

(make sure you are referring to the correct cell)

For the analysis table:


1. Count the number of students for each grade.
2. Percentage of students for each grade.
3. Total up the number of students and the grade percentage .

General Formatting:
1. Table header: Font size 16, Bold, Align: Top center
2. Table border - Thick Line black and red. (refer to the table screenshot)
3. Count blank, MIN, MAX, AVERAGE - font colour - BLUE, Align - CENTER, BOLD
4. Label: Analysis Table - merge column B to L, cell colour = green, Align - CENTER
