With the staff in hand, the group prepared for their final confrontation with
the Shadow Knight. They journeyed to the Ruins of Valorth, where the dark
forces had gathered to unleash their master, an ancient being known as
Malrath the Devourer.

The battle was fierce and chaotic. Kael and Eira fought valiantly, holding off
waves of shadow creatures while Lyra faced the Shadow Knight. The two
clashed in a dazzling display of light and darkness, their powers colliding
with earth-shaking force.

“You cannot win,” the Shadow Knight sneered. “You are but a child.”

Lyra gritted her teeth, summoning every ounce of strength she had. “I may
be a child, but I am also a Guardian. And I will protect this realm.”
