Hello everyone, It is my delight to be an emcee for this program.

Sa wala pa nakakakilala
sa akin, I’m Sheena Gyne Jayma
Before we begin our program, may I remind that, during the presentation of certificates,
we are encouraging you to express your pride by applauding/clapping of hands.

Attention everyone, Let us have your ears and eyes now because we are about to start
our program.
My due respect to our Parent-Teacher Association President Sir Nestor Nanlabi, to our
ever dynamic School head Sir Renie Chavez, to my fellow teachers, to the supportive and
loving parents and guardians, students, visitors, ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of
Kiaring High School teaching and non teaching personnel we would like to welcome you
all to our 3rd quarter’s convocation program school year 2024-2025 and PTA’s General
Assembly!

So to start, may we all rise as we pay tribute to our heroes by singing the PHILIPPINES
NATIONAL ANTHEM to be played via multimedia , and after that, we shall remain
standing as we praise and thank our Almighty God for all his graces and blessings
through an INVOCATION to be played via multimedia followed by the division hymn and
municipal hymn

Today is indeed a day to celebrate for TODAY, we recognize and commend our learner’s
achievement for the third quarter.
And now, let us be inspired as we listen for the opening message which will be given to
us by our very own, dedicated grade 9 Nobel adviser and T.A Vice President, Maam
Chenelyn M. Ayoyon. Let us welcome her with a round of applause!

MESSAGE: And now let us welcome our PTA President Sir Nestor for his
message.
--- Our warmest gratitude for that inspiring address, Sir.---
And now for the next part of the program, THE MOST anticipated part, let us proceed to
the highlights of this occasion, which is the Presentation Of CERTIFICATES To The
Achiever And Honor Students for the 3rd Quarter in this school year 2024-2025.

(On behalf of our school head , May I call on Ma’am Jovelyn Barroga, our designated OIC
for today for the giving of the Certificates of Recognition of the deserving learners.) May I
also request the parents to accompany your student as they receive the certificates.

To start with, may I call on, Ma’am (name of adviser) to present the Grade (grade level)
Awardees.

Next, may I call on, Ma’am (name of adviser), to present the GRADE (grade and section)
Top learners.

Sa mga hindi nakasali sa honors ngayon, don’t worry you still have a chance this 4 th
quarter. We know you’re doing your best, so don’t lose heart. Remember, success isn’t
just about grades or numbers; it is also about how much you grow and learn as
individuals.”

And now for the next part of our program may I call on Ma’am Jovelyn Muyco for the
presentation of current agenda: let’s give her a round of applause!

To formally close the program let us bow our heads for a closing prayer. Magsitayo po
tayong lahat.
Almighty God, as we conclude this convocation program, we offer our heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to
gather together and celebrate the achievements of our learners. We thank you for the wisdom imparted, the
bonds forged, and the inspiration shared. As we move forward, guide our learners with your grace and
strength, empower them to use their knowledge and talents to serve their communities, and may they always
carry the spirit of this institution with them. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen."

Ladies and gentlemen, may I thank you very much for your attendance in this 3rd
Quarter Convocation Program you may now proceed to your student’s respective
classrooms for card viewing.
