What are Connectors?
Connectors are words used to join sentences, clauses, or ideas to make the text smoother and clearer.
Types of Connectors:
1. Addition: and, also, as well as, in addition to, furthermore
Example: She likes dancing and singing.
2. Contrast: but, however, although, yet, whereas, on the other hand
Example: I tried hard, but I couldn't finish the race.
3. Cause & Effect: because, so, therefore, since, as
Example: He was late because of the traffic.
4. Time: before, after, when, while, as soon as, until
Example: I will call you after I reach home.
5. Purpose: so that, in order to, for the purpose of
Example: Study well so that you can score high.
