Section A: Microsoft Word [25 Marks]


Task:
Create a formal letter applying for a job as an IT support technician. Your letter should:
- Include your name and contact information (2 marks)
- Be properly formatted using a business letter layout (5 marks)
- Use bold, italic, and underline styles appropriately (3 marks)
- Include a bulleted or numbered list describing your IT skills (5 marks)
- Insert a header with your name and a footer with the page number (5 marks)
- Save the file as Job_Application_YourName.docx (5 marks)

Section B: Microsoft Excel [25 Marks]


Task:
Create a spreadsheet to record student test scores. Your spreadsheet should:
- Have columns for Student Name, Test 1, Test 2, Test 3, Total, and Average (5 marks)
- Enter data for at least 5 students (5 marks)
- Use a formula to calculate the Total and Average (5 marks)
- Use cell formatting (bold headers, borders, background colors) (5 marks)
