Excel Analyze Data – 5-Minute Demo Cheat Sheet

[0:00 – 0:30] – Hook & Setup


Say:
“Ever wish your analyst worked 24/7, didn’t ask for bonuses, and loved Excel? Meet Analyze
Data — your built-in AI brain in Excel.”

Do:
- Open Excel file
- Click anywhere in the data table

[0:30 – 1:30] – Launch the Magic


Say:
“Click one button — and Excel becomes Sherlock Holmes.”

Do:
- Go to Home tab → Click Analyze Data
- Show right-side pane with insights auto-generated

Narrate:
- “Top spend by country”
- “Highest vendor bill”

Say:

Say:

Do:
- Click any insight → Insert chart into the sheet
- “Looks like hours of work, done in one click.”

[3:30 – 4:30] – Real-World Use Cases


Say:
“You can use this for:
- Procurement spend reports
- Vendor comparisons
- Payment status overviews
- Saving your weekend!”

[4:30 – 5:00] – Mic-Drop Closing


Say:
