unki health ke liye bnte jaa rhi h.
Lekin baccho ka kya?? No one talks about their “serious problems.”
Duniya me sbse jyada struggle wo hi to kr rhe h.
How hard it is for them to lie and make excuses for not doing homework.
How depressing it is to wake up early five days a week , just to enjoy weekend that barely
lasts two days- five days of work, ye mzaak ho rha h kya??
Shefali: Thann-
(, guest2 interupts in between when Shresth and guest 1 are shaking hands)
Nikhil Rana : har cheez ke naye naye excuses ki research. Aap sab ko pta hai?
Main yaha pe aya zarur hu, lekin mere peeche meri poori team full time work Kar rahi hai.
Humlog bht hi unique research karte hai jiske kaaran log hume bulate hai “THE EXCUSE

Pushkar: (raises hand and stand), sir mam , meri life me bht problems hai , jiski

Shefali: he looks soo weak , maybe his main problem is his physique.
Pushkar: mam , mujhe bachpan se koi bhi sport nahi psnd , mai koi bhi sport
nahi khelta . aur na hi mujhe padhna psnd hai .
Pushkar: sir , mai sota rehta hu , mere liye wo bht jaruri hai, mujhe , shaktiman

Pushkar: mujhe ghar se bahar nikalte hi apne sath le chlti hai , mai ruk hi nahi
pta aur bht thak jata hu.
Pushkar: dekha vishwas nahi hua na, mai app sabko dikata hu.(Pushkar: dekha
vishwas nahi hua na, mai app sabko dikata hu.(this he says while coming to
center and says this facing to the school)
a scene of A child , who is extremely good in his studies, is so good that he now suffers from
mental issues due to anxiety, stress and pressure
Kartik: Sir, mujhe padhai karne ke liye bahane chahiye, mere ghar wale mujhe itna padhne se
mana karte hai. Ab mai kaise padhun.
Nikhil Rana : Uhh what! Well iske liye mujhe new research open karni padegi.(starts
scrolling on his phone)
Kartik: Nahi maam , mai padhta hu, mujhe padhna hai, mere academics down ho gaye toh.
Shefali: See, par tumhe koi physical activity karne ke benefits pata hai? Kyuki mujhe tumhari
halat sahi nahi lgrahi
Nikhil Rana : Yeh research mein toh padhai krne ke liye bahane hi nahi hai!!! . So, you are a
special case huh!
Kartik: (starts shouting) Nahi sir mai bus padhta hu aur mujhe padhna hai. Mai kyu hu yaha
(starts yelling),mujhe ghr jake padhai krni hai!!!.
Kriti: Oh I'm late huh (watches the experts and Shresth's faces and bursts out laughing).
aweeehehhhehhahaha
Kriti: Ohh, nah. You know, like, my dad is a rich guy, and I don’t know why he had forced
me here to come for free.
Like, wouldn’t he be supposed to send me to a psychiatrist?
Kriti: Ohh, look you fellow person. Well, I am a basketball player and I just got expelled
from the state team “cz I only broke 2 or 3 girls legs” who were in the opposite team!
Nikhil Rana :whattt? Itne chhote bacche ko basketball team mein kisne
select kiya?
Kriti: Well I’m rich and that was my first and kinda last game!
Nikhil Rana : Ohh wow, well you should have seen me earlier, for I would have given you
excuses to cover up your actions because we are the excuse club. You are late.
Kriti: What?
Kriti: What the hell! That means all your publications are just copied work from an AI.
(Everyone in the audience gets angry and stands up to beat him up.)
(Chasing begins.)
Final Speech:
Shresth or Shefali steps forward, calming the audience down after the chaos.
Person 1 is physically weak, not interested in studies or sports. His escape is sleep and video
games. What he needs is direction—gentle encouragement to explore movement, fresh air,
and maybe start with fun physical activities that don’t feel like exercise but bring the body to
life.
Person 2 is the opposite—brilliant in studies but so consumed by academics that he’s now
mentally overwhelmed. No physical movement, no breaks, no balance. His story reminds us
that even the sharpest minds need the support of a healthy body. A 20-minute walk or a short
game outside might do more for his performance than another hour of reading.
And then there’s Person 3—a rude, spoiled, and aggressive child, expelled for behavior
issues. Beneath the attitude is a lack of discipline and emotional control—qualities that sports
and structured physical activities can teach in abundance.
All three cases lead to one conclusion: Physical education is not just about sports. It’s
about mental health, emotional balance, discipline, teamwork, and building the stamina
to face life.
We often think physical activity is optional, especially when academics take center stage. But
in reality, physical education is the silent pillar that holds everything else together.
So, let’s stop treating it as a free period or a break. Let’s embrace it as essential.
Because a child who moves, plays, and sweats, Is
a child who grows, learns, and rests.
Strong in body, sharp in mind,
Balanced, focused, and genuinely kind.
Thank you."**
