Healing with Colours

Notes from Dr Ajay Mishra’s session - 2nd December 2020

Introduction – summarized version
First of all we should know the source of this therapy and the basic source of
colours is source of Light from the Sun {in the rainbow} or when you experiment
on a prism and you get the colours! Light and heat from the Sun is essential for
life. Human Body is preparing Vitamin D in the body for human life in the
presence of sunlight. If we see the plants, almost all in the activities which is
happening with the plants is because of sunlight.
All the colours are affecting us in different manner.
When the white light touches the body, it is providing energies to the living
beings and it beyond the Vitamin D. All the colours in this planet you see is from
sunlight.
Why did we like different colours.
We liked multiple colours but now we are thinking it is only for kids.
Why we have different choices of colours. Why the colour I like the most I don’t
like it now!
Maybe the person who is with you does not like it. This is something telling us
about the energy of our body. If we learn of each and every colour, what they
do and how and how it works, physical and metaphysical aspects of these
colours, then it will be easy to understand why a specific colour is liked by us!
We should understand first about the colours. We will talk about 10 colours. 1
to 7 we all know from the Rainbow.

7 colours of the rainbow

1.Violet – first colour because of the wavelength – most scattering and
widespread – wider spectrum. Least spread is Red. It shines in its own
place. Sign of danger is red. Can also be seen from a distance. It means
there are more colours.
White colour which contains all the colours. One colour which is absent of
any colour is black. We have added Pink as another colour as Number 8. I
will tell you about the different colours.
Because it is widespread, Violet has flexibility, elasticity within our body.
Skin is elastic, stretch it and will come back to its position. Flexibility of our
fingers – all the joints, also the spine.
Pores – on the skin it is for perspiration and maintaining the body
temperature. Within the intestines the pores for absorption for
Secretions and Excretions!
If this person likes this colour, Violet – then this person needs this which
the colour represents! Something is disturbed.
Metaphysical of this colour is Flexibility of our nature which is humbleness
and the politeness. Whether you are polite or not. Listen to everyone or
not.
Habit of rejecting anyone and everyone. Check our self by what we speak.
If someone is mostly speaking every one sentence with No!
Saying No is an indication that we are losing our flexibility and making our
covering hard. In the future, they may have MS. You can ask the family
members for those suffering from MS.
The same hardness of the covering will enter your brain. The covering of
the nerves, they become hard. After becoming hard, they break the
nerves. Now the nerves are open in this part, like a naked wire.
Hardening of any organ’s skin –endometriosis, MS, Psoriasis also known
as auto immune disease. Very small change in your behaviour can make a
big change. No cure for MS anywhere.
I have success with not just using colours but you have to tell them to
change their behaviour. If your joints are less flexible, you have made
yourself stubborn.
Stubbornness, not flexible with your relatives, or friends, or where you
work. Just simply using the technique of being flexible, listening to others,
learn to adjust and be soft.
*** For those with rigid behaviour, all those who start their sentence with
NO or those who are suffering with less flexibility in their joints or MS or
any diseases with thickening of the skin, apply below the nail of the Small
Right Hand finger, VIOLET for 15 days to a month and finally you will see
a big change in the behaviour of the person and in the disease. You must
tell them if not on the first day at least few days later that the behaviour
change is important.
Cure may time more time just by applying Violet/
This also improves the smoothness of the skin. Change in behaviour is only
noticed by others.
Apply for 2 to 4 hours, during the day. It needs light for the colours to
work. In the absence of light, the colour works least.
This is creating something in your behaviour which will make you humble
and soft. There are people who cannot adjust anywhere. Improves also
absorption to your intestines. Students will also be more receptive.
If you apply this Violet colour on your small Right hand finger if you are a
student, it also makes you receptive to listening in class.

2.Indigo (is Dark Blue)

Dark blue is related to the movements within your body or any
movement. It has the nature to make anything dry. This is unstable. This
has the power of creativity, if someone is ready to move for anything,
someone who likes changes it means the person is dominated by Dark
Blue or Indigo colour.
Dominated by Indigo or Dark Blue the personality is:
Dynamic
They like to create some change
They don’t like monotonous work
They change their job, companies or their ways of work. They don’t get
stabilized in one.
Even in their homes they go on creating different changes. Children have
this creative energy a lot in them eg. That is why they go on breaking
things
Muscles are moving, our blood is moving and circulation is all moving. All
these movements are given by this dark blue. Heart is also moving.
Issues created:
When the energy is excess of deficient, then disease starts.
If excess, shivering (trembling) shaking of head in old people
High blood pressure
Hyper active children
When deficient:
Lethargic
Weak
Lazy
They don’t like changes now.
Second part I told you, it helps to dry things. It means that:

*** if you have a wound or cut, patient is diabetic, we see some hindrance
in the healing because of the diabetes. If you want the wound to heal fast,
apply dark blue around the wound. If you do it regularly, in few days to
few weeks, it will heal. Even what is not healed by antibiotics, can be
healed by dark blue colour.

*** if someone is lazy, don’t want to work, low blood pressure, no

creativity, don’t want to play outside, no physical effort, apply Dark blue
colour below the small nail of the left finger.

*** If suffering from Hyperactivity or High BP, trembling (I don’t call it

Parkisons and it says incurable), if we stick to trembling, apply on left
hand, small finger below nail SKY blue.
*** Get angry easily, keep anger within, children who are aggressive,
apply SKY blue below the small finger nail on the left hand.

3.SKY BLUE
For transformation!
When you are eating something, it is not the food is going the same way,
this Sky blue takes the food to the maturity level, more in the blood and
to each and every cell.
*** if maturity level is low in a person, apply on left hand left index finger
below the nail, a SKY blue circle
Also can apply the same for:
- Whatever you eat is not easily digested, apply for digestion in your
body. Digestion for everything in the body.
- Fat deposit – in your heart or anywhere
- Or within the joints
- Or any blockage, it will get cured
- If I am teaching and you are not being able to understand, if your child
goes to school and whatever is taught is not understood, please do the
same. This will help to make the brain to mature or whatever you are
trying to teach them, to be understood.

*** if weak in studies – violet in Right hand small finger below nail and
left hand Index finger SKY blue. This is for students weak in studies, only
when they sit for studies. They will be able to understand better.

If you like SKY blue colour:

You have more possibilities of understanding. Any type of Digestion within
the body and in the brain – is digested as in better understanding.
*** For planning anything or better planning of events, apply SKY blue
below left hand Index finger below nail.
OR even for fat deposit anywhere in the body, apply the same.
4.Green
This is something will give you cooling effect and lubrications
Fluid – cooling down and in bonding and it gives your life, your speech and in
your heart a Rhythm.
If you are cooking something, you will be a better cook, therapist, whatever
‘art’ you have in your life, you will be like a Rhythm of your life if this Green
colour is dominant in you.

*** if you have no friends, or even relatives, it will help you for better
bonding even with those you are working with, apply Green on Right hand
Index finger below the nail.
Also
If you feel, you are not able to connect with others, for better connectivity
and better bonding, you can apply this. This gives you a flow. From higher
level to the lower level. So this is better circulation and also better secretions
of your Endocrine
Also for pancreas and diabetic patients. It is said that if you have any in the
family who has diabetes, future generation will carry in the DNA is not true.
If you do whatever you like that makes you happy at least an hour a day, the
endocrines will secrete normally. When you are happy, all are secreted
normally. When you are into the art, this is helping the endocrines to secrete
normally. If you check with Diabetic patients if they are worried, tensed, the
sugar level goes high.
*** When you are not happy, not happy with family members there is more
change of being diabetic.
- To sort out the misunderstandings first with your family, friends or
colleagues or which is making you worried.
Apply Green colour on Right Hand Index finger below the nail, green circle.
*** Even those who are in depression or sadness and taking depression
medicine, apply on Left Hand Index Finger, just below the nail SKY blue and apply
on the Right Hand Index finger just below the nail Green.
Then those who are not happy will start having the pleasure of life!

5.YELLOW
Yellow colour is there for strength, for stability.
If someone is very unstable, we should ask them to wear yellow clothes, or apply
on the Right Ring Finger below the nail, yellow colour.
The issues which will be solved by this colour is the muscular strength. They will
not be able to sit down. They will fall. They need help to stand up, climb the
stairs, up or down, again they need support.
If they are suffering from:
***Uncontrolled urination when they laugh loudly, sneeze – urine leaks even
while working. Apply Yellow colour in the Right Hand Ring finger below the nail.
***Even for the varicose veins, you can apply this.
***This also improves self-confidence, mental strength. If you feel you don’t
have the confidence you had earlier, you can apply this.
Yellow is the colour for stability.
*** if the patient is having fluctuating mood, BP, mood, even those who cannot
keep a secret, apply Yellow colour below in the nail in the Right Hand Ring finger
below the nail.
This improves self-confidence and mental strength.
***Yes you can use Turmeric.
*** If bone density is weak, then apply Yellow colour on Right Hand Ring Finger
below the nail and on Left Hand Index Finger – SKY blue below the nail.
This improves the strength of your bone, muscles, hold your thoughts, your
secrets or if you have any pain in your your joints, if no medicine is giving you
relief once you apply this, you will see better results from the remedies being
done.
6.Orange
This colour is there for the sensitivity in sense organs. Basically you will call it the
nervous system.
***So if anyone is suffering from any numbness like in diabetes people complain
of neuropathy or if you feel any numbness in any part of your body, you can
apply on Left Hand Ring finger below the nail, Orange colour.
***This also improves hard of hearing, eyesight not all and improves sense of
smell. If normal cough and cold, you lose the sense of smell. Apply the Orange
colour, on Left Hand Ring finger below the nail.
This improves your sensitivity. If you don’t feel any sensitivity, or called
insensitive, there are some who don’t feel any sensitivity. Someone is crying,
someone is sick, they don’t bother. Then apply the Orange colour here and it
increases the sensitivity.
***If someone is hyper sensitive, hypersensitivity means allergic, if you are
getting allergic on every season change, daily when you wake up in the morning
you have the sneezing and running nose then you are free from that. Dust
allergic, perfume etc should use Red colour on the Left Hand Ring finger just
below the nail.
***Hypersensitive people are those who are also crying when watching the
movies or even someone is talking about something sad. To those people too,
you can apply the Red colour to reduce the hypersensitivity.
***Someone has issue with timing, you are going to school or college or
wherever, you are always late. You should apply Orange colour on the Left Hand
Ring finger below the nail. In 15 days to one month, they will become normal.
***If you reach too early, it means you are hypersensitive and due to anxiety,
you reach earlier. Then you should apply Red colour on the Left hand Ring finger
below the nail.
***If you have skin issues due to hypersensitivity, apply Red on the Left Hand
Ring finger and yellow on the Right Hand Ring finger and other issues on the skin
will also be cleared.
7.Red
Red colour is the force to function in any direction.

***So those who have any issues with the cervical, lower spine or constipation
where you need the directional force, you can use Red colour on the Left Hand
Middle finger just below the nail.
***This will also help in varicose veins, force to go up and down, even the
balance, just apply Red colour below the nail of the Left Hand Middle finger. This
will give the force.
***If I work very hard and good BUT very slow. I take longer time to complete
on time even for exams or work. Apply this.
***Even to improve the force of your urine.
***If someone has a bad habit or any habit which is not good for your health,
alcohol, smoking, tea and coffee, we should apply Pink colour just below the Left
Hand Middle finger just below the nail. This also gives good sleep. If someone is
not able to sleep well, this will help you to get good sleep. It calms down and the
excessive thoughts don’t let you sleep.
For a minimum for 4 hours a day or if light is present when you come back from
work. If you do day time and sunlight falls on it, you get better results.

8.Pink
To calm down your mind and increase your mental abilities. For the mental
calmness and good mental health.

*** Apply Pink colour on the Right Hand Middle Finger below the nail, this can
be used by anyone, this helps to cure any mental disease or any psychosomatic
illness. What we do is we also apply Pink colour on the Left Hand Middle finger
too just below the nail. This will give you good sleep or any mental illness. All
the medicines are sedatives. First with the medicines, do this and as the patient
is getting better, the doctor can taper off the medicines.
9.White
For white, you can use the whitener or the Sharpie pens.
***Apply just below the nail of the Left Hand Thumb, White. Especially if
someone is in COMA or DYING. And if there is any hope that the person can live,
apply this White.
***Dr Ajay himself used it as it energizes the body a lot when he had to speak
the whole day for few days. Even after work, when you come back, you are not
tired. It keeps us very energetic. Or if you feel easily tired you can apply this!

10.Black
The last colour is black and this last colour is very useful to remove infections
from your body, or reproduction of blood cells or production if your body
becomes weak.
***If infections become frequent or is anaemic, then you will apply Black
colour below the Right Hand Thumb below the nail.
***Not only for any infections but also for new ideas, new thoughts.
Yes you can apply the Black colour on both the Thumbs below the nail.

Second Session – Questions and Answers!

Piles – Just below the small finger on left hand there is a crease there, make a
circle of Dark blue on the line of the crease. Do it regularly and you will be free
from it. It is for both bleeding piles and not bleeding piles.
Hair fall – You will apply on the hands and foot nails also. Apply Yellow colour
on Right Ring Finger around the nail border. On the Left hand Small finger
around the nail, apply Sky blue colour. Both the Thumb nail borders, apply Black
colour. Do it on the toes also the same colour, you will see within a week, that
there is a lot of difference. Within a week major change.
Fatty Liver – Take the Left Hand Index finger and below the 2nd joint line colour
half of the phalange Sky blue. And on the Right Hand Ring finger the same way
with Orange colour. Do it regularly for Fatty Liver
Cholesterol and triglycerides – treatment is same as above
Hypothyroidism – Apply Green colour on Left Hand Index finger below the nail.
On Left Hand Ring finger, below the nail, apply Orange colour. Also on Right hand
Index finger, below the nail Yellow colour and Right Hand Ring finger below the
nail, Yellow colour.
Uric Acid – Both Index fingers on Right Hand and Left hand, just below the 2nd
joint of the finger, fill half the phalange with Green colour. You will be free from
Uric Acid.
Asthma – needs proper consultation as it can be the kidneys, lungs, heart or liver
issues triggering Asthma.
Full Body Dryness – Left Hand, small finger below the nail, Sky blue colour, Right
hand small finger, below the nail Violet and Right Hand Index finger below the
nail Green colour. Dryness and itching anywhere in the body.
Vitiligo – Needs proper treatment. Both Index fingers below the 2nd joint, full
phalange back and front, apply Green colour. Patient of Vitiligo should stop
common salt and rock salt. They should stop milk. If they take both, it should be
an hour a part. It causes blood heat. If you can avoid milk, it is better. And take
rock salt.
Lowering Creatinine – Diagnosis based on patient covering feet during winter
and not in summer. On both the Index fingers, yang side (back of palm), last joint
of the phalange, draw two kidneys (insect system) and colour it green, on the
front (yin) side of the Left Hand Index finger, Sky blue colour on ONLY half of the
Phalange from the 2nd joint below and on the Right Hand Index finger on front
(yin) side, Yellow colour on ONLY half of the phalange from the 2 nd joint below.
Breathlessness when walking – on the 2nd joint and above on Left Index finger
with Sky blue colour draw a round spot and on the Left Hand Middle finger just
above the 2nd joint again, draw a Red colour round spot.
Jerks just before falling asleep and slight vertigo in the daytime – On the Left
hand small finger on the Yang (back) side centre of finger, make a straight line
from centre of below nail to base with Sky blue, Left hand Middle finger make a
straight line with Pink colour and on the Right Ring finger make a straight line
with Yellow colour.
Trembling of Left and Left leg – On the Right Ring finger, on the first joint on
yang side (back) colour with yellow on the line of the joint and on the side of the
finger facing Middle finger a yellow line and on the Left Hand Index finger Sky
blue same as what was done on Right hand and for the line it will be facing
towards middle finger. Patient was supposed to do and advise after 30 mins. As
patient said cannot walk unless medicine is taken, the treatment added the Left
hand Index finger below the nail Sky blue and the Right Hand Index finger below
the nail, Green.
Hashimoto Thyroid – Dr will check and revert
Persistent Coughing – especially early morning and evening. Wet cough.
Continue the Sujok. On the left Index finger 2nd joint line on the side facing
middle finger and below make a circle with Sky blue, on the Ringer finger Orange
and middle finger Red.
Spleen Enlargement - On the left Index finger 2nd joint line on the side facing
middle finger and below make a circle with Sky blue, on the Ringer finger Orange
and middle finger Red.
Cataract – best to remove with surgery. Continue the Sujok seed therapy. Left
Hand Index finger 2nd joint half of the phalange below half ONLY colour Sky blue
and the Right Hand Index finger colour the 2nd joint and below Half ONLY of the
phalange Green colour.
Hyper Pigmentation – Left Small Finger 1st Joint and above half the phalange
covered in Dark blue and the same will be made with both the Index fingers with
Green colour. It may take a month or so to go. If you are eating anything hot,
please stop it.
Uterine Fibroid with heavy bleeding – Right Small finger a triangle at the base
of the finger with Dark blue colour, Left Small finger same pattern with Dark
Blue, Left Index finger Green Triangle Right Index finger Yellow Triangle, Right
Ring finger Orange Triangle, Left Middle finger Red Triangle. When you are
having the periods don’t do it. Try to avoid spicy food for a few months. Within
3 to 6 months you will be free from this.
Uric Acid Rheumatoid Arthritis – Left Index finger full front portion and back
Green colour on the last joint and below. Right Index finger same way Yellow.
Right Ring finger Yellow and Left Ring finger Orange. Also Right middle finger
Pink.
Dull face turning black due to Liver issue – Both Index finger half of the phalange
below 2nd joint colour Green. Take some alkaline drinks or some fresh vegetable
or fruit juices.
Severe Back Pain with white discharge and unable to sleep through the night
– On the left small finger triangle with Sky blue colour, left Index finger, sky blue
triangle, Middle finger Pink and Right Index finger Yellow colour triangle and
Right Ring Finger Orange triangle as all other triangles at the base of respective
fingers.
Also on the Left Hand Small finger and Index finger, you will have to make a
broad line and on the middle finger Red from the second joint of finger Yang side
to the base of fingers.
Prostrate Enlargement – Right small finger make a triangle with Dark blue at
base of finger, Left small finger Dark blue, Middle finger Red and Right Ring
finger Orange.
II year old son with Type 1 Diabetes – Insulin 4 times a day. Have to do the
treatment on half of the phalange below the 2nd joint of the finger and this
pattern of the kidneys on the yang side. On the Index finger of the Right hand it
will be Sky blue on the 2nd joint below on half of the phalange with the Kidney
pattern on the Yang side and on the Right Index finger Green and Right middle
finger pink and Right Ring finger Orange, left middle finger Red and Left Ring
finger Orange.
Right eye removed due to tumour – Left Ring finger the whole upper joint
around the finger coloured in Red, Right Ring finger the whole upper joint
around the finger coloured yellow, Left Index finger Sky blue below 2nd joint, half
of the Phalange ONLY and the Right Index finger Green same as the Left Index
finger.
Anxiety – Left small finger below the Nail – Sky Blue and Right Ring finger, below
the nail, Yellow.
Eczema – Left Ring Finger – Red colour below the nail. Right Ring finger, Yellow
colour.
Headache – Both Middle fingers, Pink colour and Right Middle finger, Violet
colour.
Snoring – Enjoy snoring! Means you need to exercise.
Epilepsy – Left small finger – Sky blue on both Yin and Yang of the finger first
phalange, Right Small finger – Dark blue, Left middle finger Pink, Left Ring finger
Orange, Right Ring finger Yellow
Skin rashes and IBS loose motions and boils – Lower phalange Left Index Green,
Right Index and Ring Finger Yellow.
Old Age delusion and dementia – Top of the Left Index finger Sky Blue, Left Ring
finger Orange and Right Index finger Green only on the Yin side.
Dandruff & hair fall – Right Index finger around the nail, colour Green colour.
Sanitizer in the Right Eye – Both Index fingers – 1/3 top only Green colour. Both
Thumb black 1/3 top area. 3 -4 days.
Both hands trembling – Left small finger top joint and 1st joint sides Sky Blue,
Left Index finger again Sky Blue, Middle finger pink, Ring finger Orange and Right
Ring finger Yellow.
Corn in the left leg – developed warts. On the warts and on the corn, apply Dark
blue one day and Sky Blue on another.
Short sightedness – Dr said for him eye sight issues the same. Half of the
phalange of 3rd Joint on both the Index fingers, Green colour. Same is done with
Green colour on the top of same fingers. On the Left Ring finger, we take the
same from 2nd joint half of the phalange below Orange colour and top also
Orange. Left middle finger Red. 3 months to see any visible changes.
Kidney Stones – Left Index finger – Yang side lower phalange Kidneys in Sky blue
colour, Right Index finger Green Kidneys, Left Middle Finger Red kidneys and
same on the Neuro genital area.
Increasing Haemoglobin – Front of the Index finger lower phalange have to
colour full and on the back the two Kidneys as per Insect system. Left Index Sky
Blue, Right Index finger Green and Right Index finger Orange.
Sciatica – Navel balancing to be done first. This relieves 50 % of the pain.
Menopausal Hot flashes – Left Index finger below the nail – Sky Blue, Right Index
finger below the nail Green and both Middle Fingers Pink.
Heel Pain- Apply Green colour on both sides of both Index fingers at the base of
the finger and it will go away like magic.
