Terms & conditions

1. Column’s name (Headings) should be of same order as sent in excel sheet.


2. You can use any style to heading to highlight it.
3. Width and height of a cell should be adjusted according to content.
4. Heading should be displayed and printed in every page at the top, if there are multiple
pages.
5. After completion of project , it should be turn in google classroom.
6. The project should be renamed as your name before turning in.
7. Data related to currency and any decimal number should be rounding off till 2 digits after
decimal.

SALARY SHEET

1. Data is given like Employee ID, Employee Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Department, Date of
Joining, & basic salary of that employee.
2. Date of retirement is either the employee attains the age 58 years old or he/she is working
more than 30 years for the company, which is earlier
3. For each employee HRA=5000 for basic salary>50000, otherwise INR 3000.
4. Flexi pay is 40% of basic salary.
5. Total Salary = Basic+ HRA+ Flexi payment
6. Loan amount will be given there if he/she has taken some loan from company. If no loan,
Mark it as 0.
It is fixed that the loan will be taken at the rate of 10% per annum for 2 years, considering
the loan is starting from June 2021.
7. Professional tax is fixed i.e 200 INR.
8. Income Tax slab per year is as follows:

Total salary per year <= INR 500000 no Tax

Total Salary between 500000 to 800000 10% of total salary per annum

Total Salary between 800000 to 1000000 20% of total salary per annum

Total salary per year > INR 1000000 30% of total salary per annum

9. PF contribution is 12% of basic salary .


10. Total deduction = EMI+ Professional Tax+ Income Tax+ PF contribution
11. Calculate the net salary the total deduction from total salary.
12. If total salary per month is less than 20000 INR, then add 5000 INR as DA.
13. Now calculate the total take home payment.
14. Show in a different table, department wise persons working in and the salary given to them
15. For ID 564, show the department, date of joining & date of retiring using Lookup formula.
