About the Role:


We are seeking a talented and motivated Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be
responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile
applications for both iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. This role involves
working closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver innovative and
engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications: Design, build, and maintain
robust and scalable mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code: Adhere to best practices and coding
standards to ensure code quality and readability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and
other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement user interfaces (UIs): Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality
code, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
• Integrate with APIs and backend services: Connect mobile applications to backend systems
and third-party services.
• Perform unit and integration testing: Write and execute tests to ensure the functionality and
stability of the application.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues: Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews: Provide constructive feedback and receive feedback from other
team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter developments: Continuously learn and explore new
features, libraries, and best practices within the Flutter ecosystem.
• Contribute to the overall technical design and architecture of the application. (More
applicable for mid-level and senior roles)
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge. (More applicable for senior roles)
• Lead technical discussions and decision-making. (More applicable for senior roles)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in mobile application development: Demonstrated experience building
and deploying mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language: Deep understanding of Dart syntax,
asynchronous programming, and object-oriented principles.
• Solid understanding of the Flutter framework: Experience with Flutter widgets, state
management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), navigation, and routing.
• Experience with state management solutions: Proficiency in at least one popular state
management solution.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have (Optional - Tailor based on your needs):
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Swift/Objective-C or
Android/Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with specific state management libraries (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
• Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks .
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.
• Experience with platform-specific features and integrations.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• A portfolio of previously developed Flutter applications.
