Title of the Activity: Independence Day Basic Life Support (BLS) Training for Youth and Adults in Sitio
Incalbug
I. Rationale
Emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking, and accidents can occur at any time, especially in remote
areas like Sitio Incalbog, where immediate medical assistance may be delayed due to geographic and
logistical constraints. Providing Basic Life Support (BLS) training to both youth and adult resident equips
them with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively during emergencies, thereby
increasing survival rates and promoting a safer community.
This initiative aligns with the local government’s thrust toward health, safety, and disaster
preparedness. Empowering citizens with lifesaving skills fosters resilience and a stronger sense of
responsibility within the community.
II. Objectives
3. Perform initial assessment and response during emergency (cardiac arrest, choking, or drowning)
6. Provide worthwhile and activity during summer vacation of students and parents.

generous support for our upcoming Basic Life Support (BLS) Training to be conducted in our sitio. This
activity is scheduled on JUNE 12, 2025 at the Sitio Hall in Incalbug and will benefit at least 40
participants composed of both youth and parent residents of Incalbog.
This initiative aims to empower our community with essential life-saving skills such as CPR
(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), proper first-aid response, and emergency preparedness—especially
important in our geographically remote area where professional medical help may be delayed during
emergencies.
To ensure the success of this training, we are respectfully soliciting any form of assistance from your
good office—be it in cash, training materials, food support, or logistical aid. Your contribution will
directly help cover training honoraria, kits, meals, other logistics need.
Your kind support will go a long way in strengthening the safety, health, and preparedness of our
