Job Role : Associate Enterprise Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs, gather business requirements, and conduct process


workshops
• Implement and configure ERP/ Financials applications to meet the customers’
business requirements
• Partner with clients during implementation and provide hands-on training in relevant
ERP/Financials modules
• Prepare project documentation including User manuals, standard operating
procedures (SOPs), issue logs, and resolution reports
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective system adoption
• Use SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting application issues
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
and satisfaction.
• Lead business process reviews and facilitate application configuration discussions.

MUST Haves in an Ideal Candidate:

• 2025 BBA/B.Com graduates with specialization in Finance or Accounting


• Minimum 7.0 CGPA and No active backlogs
• Strong foundational knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative teams

Compensation Details:

• After successful completion of the Interview process, the candidate will be offered a
trainee position with Rs 8,000 as a monthly stipend
• The traineeship period will be for 3 months
• After the successful completion of the traineeship, the candidate will be offered a
full-time role of Associate-Enterprise Analyst, with a CTC of INR 3.6 LPA
• Successful hires will have to sign a service agreement for 2 yrs from the date of their
joining as a trainee
