Smart Station Coolie System

Introduction
Smart coolie system is solution to many problems like it will enhance
job of coolies and solve the problem of passenger who are having
huge luggage with them. It will not only save the time of passengers
but also helps in strange stations by providing appointed coolie to
them. This system will be very helpful to elders, person with
disabilities who cannot lift weights in station. Coolie will also guide
them in if they are new to that station.

Implementation
We will send message on their registered number while ticket
booking (through SMS, Email, WhatsApp, IRCTC) to the passenger if
they are having luggage more than 15kgs and if they want coolie in
deboarding station, if passenger sends yes 2 stations before
deboarding the train then one coolie will be allotted to the passenger
and information about Train name, Train number, Coach, Seat
number, Passenger Name to the allotted coolie. Then the coolie
charge receipt will be sent to the passenger on their registered
number.
