PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTIONS.

1. All agents need to install PeriService version: - 1.0.52 to login into BOB Kiosk
portal.
2. Kindly copy any of the below links and paste in another window of browser to
download setup file of PeriService version: - 1.0.52

3. Post download the file, save the downloaded file in system and extract it.
4. If PeriService old version: - 1.0.51 is installed in system then this old
version needs to be uninstalled first.
5. Uninstall old PeriService version: - 1.0.51 from control panel.
6. Goto PerServiceSetup (v1.0.52) folder and right click on "setup.exe" and click
on Run as administrator.
7. Post PeriService installation completed, Open system local services.
8. Check PeriServices service is running or not, if it is not running then start
it.
9. Agent will be able to login once above steps will be completed, kindly do login.
