1. Job title
 SQL Developer

2. Job summary
 Designing databases tables and structures.
 Creating optimized SQL queries.
 Generating insightful reports from the data.
 Update Customer databases by creating scripts and stored procedures.
 Regular backup of Customer databases in use.
 Develop scripts and procedures for data migration.

3. Education / Experience
 Good knowledge in various RDBMS including MS SQL, My SQL, etc.
 Batchelor’s degree in Computer science, engineering or a related subject.
 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
 Team player.
 Good communication skills.

4. Authorities
 The authority to do database Management in compliance with ISO standards.
 The authority to explore the database architecture and generate smart tools for the same.

5. Responsibilities
 Ensuring high standards of data Quality while updating Customer databases.
 Ensuring compliance with all statutory and recommended requirements and best practices.
 Ensuring that the timelines are met.
 Ensuring the confidentially of the Organization’s data and documents.

6. Duties
 Liaise with PMS Manager and Team leaders and generate reports from databases as required.
 Update PMS data in database using scripts and procedures.
 Prepare routine reports as required by Management.
 Regular maintenance and upgrade of internal software’s (attendance Management software’s, etc.).
 Routine update on any issues.

7. Delegation of duties
 PMS Manager will be in-charge of all the duties of SQL developer in his absence.
 Knowledge sharing to be provided by the developer.
