Case Study: ATM System
Description
This use case diagram models the primary interactions within an ATM system. Key actors include the
Customer and the Bank Server. Customers can perform various actions, such as:

- Insert Card & PIN: The customer inserts their ATM card, triggering the authentication process.

- Check Balance: After successful authentication, the customer can check their account balance.

- Withdraw Cash: The customer selects an amount to withdraw, and the system verifies available
balance before dispensing cash.

- Change pin: ATMs allow to change the pin, where the system updates the pin for validation and
withdrawal.

- The diagram highlights essential security features, such as PIN verification and account locking after
multiple incorrect attempts, to protect user information and transactions.

Case Study: Ticket Booking System
Description:
The use case diagram for the ticket booking system outlines the key interactions between users and

time.

- Make Payment: Users proceed to pay for their booking, with the system handling payment
verification and processing.

- Cancel Booking: Users can cancel their tickets if needed, with any applicable refunds processed by
the system.

payment processing and ticket management.
