STEPS INVOLVED IN GENERATING ONLINE ADMIT CARD

Firstly, Student will go to the link www.amityonline.com


❖ Then click on student Zone fill the student login detail to enter the student page.
❖ Go to the “Generate Admit Card” option which is available in the left pane of the window.
❖ One “Pop up” menu will open, suggest Student to read it carefully before close the “Pop up”.
❖ Admit Card generation window will be open.
❖ In Admit card generation window student will find the details such as:
a) Name of the student
b) Program Name in which student is enrolled.
c) Enrollment no. of the student
d) Registered Email ID
e) Admission Session
❖ Apart from this student will also find subject details such as:
a) Semester in which the respective subject belongs.
b) Subject Name with code detail
c) Exam date
❖ Student is suggested to read all exam related Instructions before clicking button “BOOK
NOW”
❖ After reading the instruction carefully click on “BOOK NOW” button
❖ “Booking” Pop up will appear on window.
❖ Under Booking section, below field is there
Select Slots
❖ Under “Slot Section” two predefined exam slots are there:
a) 10:00 to 12:00 IST
b) 14:00 to 16:00 IST
c) 17:00 to 19:00 IST
d) 20:00 to 22:00 IST

❖ Students may opt any exam slot at a time.


Steps to book Admit Card in Online Proctored Mode Exam

❖ After selecting the desired “Exam Slot”, Click on “Book Button.”


❖ A “Pop up” Massage will appear on window & ask student to confirming the “Seat.”
❖ If Student click on “OK” Button, Final Acknowledge “Pop up” Will appear.
❖ Students will get the details of “Exam Slot” & “Access Key” of the respective subject in
the admit card.
❖ Finally, Student are suggested to take the Printout of “Admit Card” After on click on
“Print” Button.

Note: The admit card is an important identity document that all students must keep
handy during examination and produce as & when it’s required.

Important Note:

1. Students must be ready 30 minutes before commencement of the examination

2. Students are allowed a maximum of up to 30 min after the start of the examination for each
slot to enter the test window.

3. Since Examination slot is for 2hrs (120 minutes), No more time extension is
allowed beyond stipulated slot time.
