Course Description

Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for academic and professional tasks. Students will
gain hands-on experience in document creation, collaboration, and data management, with an
emphasis on teamwork and productivity. Through interactive lab exercises and real-world case
studies, students will develop proficiency in using digital tools to enhance workplace efficiency.

Course Description
This course provides hands-on training in Microsoft Excel, focusing on formulas, data
management, visualization, and automation. Students will learn to analyze, organize, and present
data effectively using Excel’s powerful tools. The course emphasizes practical application
through interactive exercises and real-world projects, making students proficient in using Excel
for both academic and professional tasks.

Navigating Excel: Interface, Tabs, Ribbons, Workbook Management
Data Entry & Formatting: Fonts, Fills, Alignment, Number Formatting (Currency, Dates, Percentages)
Managing Worksheets: Naming, Copying, Moving, Grouping, Freezing Panes
Lab Activity: Create a student attendance sheet with proper formatting and Use conditional formatting to
highlight absences
