Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)


1. 2-8 years of strong experience in Python scripting and test automation.
2. Hands-on experience in Test Automation framework building
3. Hands-on experience in Test Automation programming in Python and robot
framework.
4. Good programming knowledge using Python and test frameworks, dashboards,
report generation for test summary
Must-Have 5. Deep understanding of Test Automation framework (Pytest, PyATS, Robot
framework).
6. Ability to define and enforce Test Automation coding standards.
7. Hands-on proficiency in at least one API testing tools, Netconf, SNMP, gRPC,
gNMI
8. Extensive experience in handling IXIA, and Spirent traffic generators.
9. Should have knowledge in GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, and Agile workflow
10. Knowledge in AWS/Azure services
11. Knowledge of triaging bugs, test topologies for network devices
Good-to-Have
12. Experience in Flask framework, REST APIs, Django
13. Understanding on Docker containerization and VNFs or CNFs

2 Write efficient, robust, and maintainable code
3 Active interaction with team member’s, team lead and Client in review meetings to evaluates the
progress and performance
4 Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to team. To lead team in technical design
and grooming activities
5 Contribute to test frameworks, test scripting and test suites, groom the engineers on testing ap-
proaches like TDD, MDD, BDD
6 Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain
compliant with all applicable company standards
