Note：1.On the nip roller must keep clean, no dust, heavy article, water etc.
2.Try to put gold and not print medium keep on the middle of components.
3. Internal control circuit of a high voltage inside, and approved by the authorized to
non-professional personnel please don't secretly disassemble and maintenance.

 4. Under the print head have enough press power to harm your body, please don't put
your hand under the print head.
5. Dust cover is to prevent dust, sundry etc fell to the print head and plastic roller, try
not to tear down it.
6. The print head is precision electronic components, please don't use hand directly
contact with the print head the surface, not use hard tool collision the print head, the print head
surface will not have water droplets.

Ready to print
（一）Before print the matters needing attention
1. Indoor humidity should be about in 55%, temperature in 15 ℃-25 ℃, when necessary,
please use the diffuser and install the air conditioning. (The low and high of the indoor
temperature will affect print effects severely).
2. Before open the machine : (1) Must be connect with ground wire effectively, each root
ground wire must be individually grounding and shouldn't connect with other machines; (2)
The work of the input voltage for 220 V, voltage is too high or too low can cause equipment
didn't work properly and it must use the ac 220 V, 2 KW power regulator.(3) Check the print
head and aluminum heat sink without water surface carefully and after rubber roller is dry then
open machine.
3.Machines placed in dry ventilated place and make sure the machine work environment
clean sanitation, no dust; when long-term don't use it, please to the machine to dustproof,
moisture-proof measures, don't place liquid on the case.

（二）Install and use of the software

This device equipped with artcut 2010 authorised version software, apply for the artcut
version: update the date is April 12, 2011.

1. Install the software

Working“SETUP.EXE”document, click on 'next', choose the installation directory and click'

confirm'.
2. Set software and use

① Set print page (in A4 for example)

"Width" is for the print length, "High" is for the print width, set "256 mm" and choice
"horizontal".
②Choose "create new file".

③Click or click the right mouse button "text input" input to your content, for example

You can according to need through the following tool bar set font properties

④The detailed set please refer to the artcut software's instructions

⑤Choose or through the "file" toolbar, choose "ribbon printing"

Heating power: General according to the environment temperature and print material to adjust
it.
Temperature control: Keep acquiesce. It is better not more than 2%.
Walking speed: The numeric is smaller and the speed of the print is faster, but the printing
speed too fast will appear data loss phenomenon, generally not less than "15".
Number of replications: Set the same content of the layout of printed times and not be less
than 1.
Hollow out print: Keep acquiesce. (330 type machine temporary don't support this function)
Document name: Please name file name of your set layout.

Instructions: Heating power of the numerical value of ribbon to printing media and the
bonding strength, the better the more uniform printing effect. But numeric too large will cause
burning broken ribbon and print media, especially will blow out the print head.

Note: 1. When install cloth or gold foil, the cloth axis and the gold foil the flat a head of
vertical shaft motor card into the slot, avoid to man-made destruct motor card slot.
2. Please tighten the screw on card materials plate and card gold foil paper plates, in

case the material and gold foil during the printing process occurred drape.

⑴Open the equipment power supply, the screen display interface as shown in figure, after
about five seconds show the mainboard version information

Numbers of print head: Display equipment to connect the numbers of the print head (330A
equipment support one print head)
IP address: Equipment network IP address

 Save carbon and delay: Adjust saving carbon with distance

Set parameters
Language: At present support simplified Chinese character, traditional Chinese character,
English interface. According "V -" adjustment.
Print correct: Generally as the default, such as print a 500mmX500mm color piece, print the

actual size for 500mmX600mm, they can adjust the print correct numerical, if

actual length is longer than goal length, increase the target print words

correcting numerical, contrary to print decrease the value.

Empty walk correct: The distance between of two texts or the graphic. Generally default to

zero, adjust method is the same as "print correcting".

Each pulse: Adjust the paper pulse of step motor, generally to default 46.

Print head width: Set the print head width, 330 A select 256.

Preheating temperature: Set the print head preheating temperature. In general under the

10 ℃ in the environment to use the machine. Please use it carefully, use

undeserved will cause printing effect is poor or damage the print head. In

general default zero.

Preheating strength: Set temperature of heating rate In general under the 10 ℃ in the

environment to use the machine. Please use it carefully, use undeserved

will cause printing effect is poor or damage the print head. In general

default ten.

Contrast degree: Adjust LCD screen brightness, generally for default 40.

Fell head delay: Adjust the print head ups and downs of the delay time for general default

zero, but set it to one.

Into paper pulse: Adjust the forty two step motor into paper pulse, generally for default 0,

but set it to more than 4000, otherwise, it will cause the print head fall on

rubber roller to reduce the service life of the machine.

Paper length: Keep the default is zero. Make sure don't to adjust this argument, or you will
cause printing poor effect or damage the print head.
Switch to upgrade mode: Click on the "confirmation" can switch to the mainboard upgrade
mode.
Print the test design: This state click "confirm".

Recovery factory set: Press the "confirmation" button, it will be set back to the factory main

board set.

Format：Use for format SD card or U disk.

Press test key under the file properties equipment will be automatically output shown
below, the contents help you determine proper print parameters. Can switch over the storage
devices.

Press at the machine working process，the machine will finish printing text or

graphics, press this button again machine will continue to work. Press return key in the

state of break ,print task will be cancelled.

Can delete the document in storage device, press this button in working process with

emergency will cancel print task. After press ，Machine continue to work.

Returns superior menu.

Set parameters.

Select menu.

Confirm menu selection and document printing, etc.

(四) Output typing

⑴commissioning
①Install the ribbon and cloth in the center of equipment.
②Press print head switch and reverse switch to prevent from draping.
③Press the "test" button to see printing effect, if the result is not satisfied, please
adjust motherboard parameters and the print head position.

⑵Print mode option choose

1 Online output

First click artcut toolbar Select the option "search".

 Choose device after click ok, appears "control center".
Parameter setting, coordinates movement and test keep default values, click "ribbon

printing".

All printing parameters setting is finished, choose ,choose documents you

need to print in File management column , and click ok.
②offline print
a. First click artcut toolbar Select the option "search".

Click ok after choose device, appear "control center"

Parameter setting, coordinates movement and test keep default values, click "ribbon

printing", click "ok" for data transmission to a storage device after all printing

parameters were finished. Next operation in liquid crystal buttons.

b. ⑴ Confirm your motherboard for 1.09 version, Be sure you use latest version

software for artcut 2010 (date modified after April18,2011)

 ⑷ Setup parameters

Heating power: Numerical according to material and working surroundings. General

between 10 and 30.The bigger of numerical the better of peeling effect, but printing speed will

slow. Exceed numerical will burn print medium even the print head.

Temperature control: Current version does not support 3.01,keep default.

Walking speed: The bigger of numerical the slower of equipment operation speed.

But too small numerical can cause the data lost, numerical recommendation bigger than 5.

Hollow-out print: Currently not support to 1.09 version.

Repetition time: Print times of same content. For example input 10 if the files should
be printed 10 times. Note that numerical should bigger than 1 or device will automatically stop .

Output filename: Save the name of your printed file.

Immediately output: When you select this option click "OK" after above

parameters were set and equipment can be normal operation.

Equipment storage: Choose your storage device when net is connected according

to your equipment on the mainboard storage devices. If equipment on the mainboard connect

to SD card, you can choose "SD card".

PC memory: Your equipment need not connect to Internet and computer when

selecting this option. If you need to offline print put storage device connected to computers

first. If your computer default your storage devices for G dish you can choose "G dish", click

"ok" after completion of print parameter settings and print documents will default save to G

plate. Put your G disks connected to device motherboard and run.

Printer width :Choose your printer width according to print head breadth, input 256.
（三）File print parameter setting
① Select print documents, press the "ok".

Heating power :Adjust heating time, if the numerical is bigger the heating time is
longer. But exceed numerical will burn out the ribbon and cloth even print head. Generally

between 15-30 relate to environmental temperature, humidity and ribbon melting point.

Hot spot power: The numerical is less than five to ten, Suggest this function in print
documents longer than 1000 mm length when use, and ensuring the print head long time
heating and doesn't burn broken ribbon. This function in the use of print driver use, artcut
software not support.

Edge power: This function in the use of print driver use, artcut software not support.
Temperature control proportion :Default is 1% or 2%. Please keep default
in case of print chromatism.

Speed delay: Data transmission speed. General bigger than 5.

Repetitions: Printed times of a same file, not less than 1.

After above parameters settings were finished, press "ok", the equipment can be normal print.

② Screen displays in working process :

Filename: printing file name.

Finish: how many data were finished.

Completion times: printing times of one file.

Temperature control proportion: the temperature of print head inside.

Install printer:
Before use this equipment prior to install print driver, the driver in the user CD. Here to

Windows 7 operating system for example, instruct how do you install the driver, first extract

your driver. Machine only supports Windows XP/Windows 7 operating system, temporary don't

support VISTA. According to the different operating systems, choose your printer; If your

operating system is a 32 bit, please choose the 32 bit driver installation, 64-bit operating

system please choose 64 a driver installation.

First extract file "audley Setup," According to different computer systems, choose the "Printer

Setup. Exe", in the popup dialog box selection. Input printer name, such as "330 A", select

printer type "audley Ribbon" click "ok" button. Can complete installation.

Finish printing work by print driver

Preparation before start: Check the following items before operation and make
sure each is complete:
①Equipment already connect to computer.
②Has been installed gold foil.
③Computer and equipment were both powered on.
④Printed material already on the stage.
⑤Keep a certain distance between equipment and the surrounding objects, prevent working
platform from damage.

Set print task:
Set print task according to following steps:
1) Choose a procedure compatible with Windows, for example Corel Draw, Microsoft Word, etc.
2) Determine print area.
3) Set page size.
4）Graphics and text place on the page.
5) Set print attribute.
6) Place printing materials on the print platform.
7) Send print task to printer.

Choose application procedure: Printers use windows-compatible

application procedure, Draw Corel as an example

Set page size: Set page size in Corel Draw :

In the use of the equipment, page size is printable area. Another need to set the direction of
the page. In this example, page size for 256, page for horizontal direction.

The page margins is set to "0", as shown in figure

Paper specification for: 256 , the other options keep default.

"Stamping machine advanced options" Settings

Number of copies: Stand for hope print contents of the number printed.

Operation speed: Depend on heating and forcing time of gold foil paper and

material media, some combination of gold foil paper and material media need slower speed to
print, In order to have more time to complete transfer printing process. Generally do not less
than 15.

Pressure: Set to zero

Print strength: Increase print strength can improve the definition and saturation,

reduce print strength can prevent gold foil paper melt then adhere to printer head. Increase
print speed may increase print strength.
Tip: High print strength may cause gold foil adhesion in print head, please use Audley's gold
foil paper, non Audley's gold foil paper may damage to print head.
Margin strength: Increase print strength at printed images and words, it can enhance
definition. Pay attention to margin strength is lower than print strength.
Notice: Exceed margin may cause gold foil paper adhere to print head.
Spin: If need spin the image please chose "yes", printed images and words are spin 180°to
shown in computer.
Preheating temperature: when print strength and pressure increased can not make good
definition and saturation, chose this item.

Y side excursion: keep the default setting.
Mode: Choose "drum" mode.
Notice: Please stop print task at once when the gold foil paper is adhering to printer head, then
clean the printer head.
Reserve: Print task setting can reserve for next usage.
Load: read-in pre-stored setting.
Reset: recover leave factory setting.

Send print task

Please operate “Foil Control Center.exe’’ before send print task
When print parameters are seted, press "OK", "print", control center dialog box appears.

Chose equipment: Chose operating equipment;

Load task: Load your pre-print task which is unfinished;
Cancel task: Cancel the task which is not needed;
Modify task: If you are not satisfied with the printed task, you can modify here; such as:

"Reduction of speed factor" keep default setting, others reference "stamping advanced
options" setting.
Press "reserve" after setting, and chose "browse and chose task" to modify task which reserved
before.

when chose this, also computer and product are both power on, equipment will
link to net automatic. when not chose this, equipment will link to net only press "link".
when chose this, print task will cancel automatic after printed, so
please chose with caution.

Manual movement only make effect in connection,

when chose manual movement you can move printer head up and down and working board left
and right according to requirements. Used for flat-panel printers, this function can't apply 330
models.

Show the coordinate of printer head and working board,

X means working board, Z means printer head side. This function can't apply 330 models.

It shows reserve path, document size, modify time and print breadth of print task.
Parameters set(330 A machine does not support this function)

This function only make effect when computer and product are not connect.
Equipment mane is net name of current equipment.

 IP address is obtain automatic.

Advanced options of print parameter

It is only for manufacturer adjusting, others adjusting will cause damage.

Printer head temperature: Numerator means current printer head temperature, denominator
means setting temperature;
Printer head pressure: numerator means current printer head pressure, denominator means
setting pressure;
Reduction of speed factor: keep default setting;
Heating strength: means current print task heating strength;
Edge enhancement: means current print task edge enhancement temperature;
All above settings are finished, then choose print task and begin to print.

Not the equipment at present introduces option representative does

not support this function.
