Assignment 1a - HTML

Overview
The intent of this assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of HTML5 elements.

Submission
Put your assignment in a folder named assign1a_yourlogin (e.g., assign1a_fsmi9876). Put all
resources used by your assignment into this folder. Zip this folder and submit it on
Blackboard. In addition, submit 4 screenshots corresponding to each webpage. You will
lose points if you do not follow these submission instructions.

Grading
The grade for this assignment will be broken down as follows:

 Functional Requirements (40/100)


 Non-Functional Requirements (10/100)

Non-Functional Requirements
1. You must submit valid and semantically appropriate HTML5.
2. You must create the four HTML web pages shown below. You will be supplied with
the necessary images. You do NOT need to use CSS for formatting; The page does not
have to be an exact match; it should however be as close as possible and look the
same on the major browsers.
3. Images should go in their own folder.
4. Use proper pathnames when including links, images etc.

Resources
The assignment page contains a starter folder that contains the following.
 The images used to design the page.
 The raw text that you can copy paste into your HTML elements.
