Guest Lecture was conducted by the department of computer science and engineering ,
SPCET on 02/05/2023 from 6-7 pm .The resource person Keren Priyanka Samson, Programmer,
Digital Signature, Odyssey ,Technologies Ltd, Chennai has taken a lecture on topic “Distributed
Database ” for second year CSE students in online mode through gmeet. She has delivered
lectures in various organizations and Universities and also well explained about the databse
access through various forms through worldwide and it helps the second year CSE students to
understand all the concepts briefly. All the second year students and faculty members
participated in this programme. The speaker explained the Basics of Distributed applications and
SQL Analysis for various sectors

After her lecture the students were given time to interact with her. Students felt that the
session was more informative and interactive. At the end of the guest lecture, two students gave
their feedback, and explained how they were benefited.
