required to prepare a project report and submit the same by 05 July 2025 to their respective

Students can gather information on their topic in any one of the two methodologies given below:
A) Interview – Based Research
For an interview, the students must frame questions based on the preliminary research of the
chosen topic.
Then the students will conduct interviews with their neighbours/family/friends/acquaintances (5-
10 interviews).
OR
B) Listen to podcasts/ interviews/radio or TV documentaries
Look up renowned experts of the chosen topic listen to their podcasts and interviews.

STEP 3: PROJECT REPORT


The students will then write an essay/ write up / report etc. in 800- 1000 words on their research.
Later on, there will be a viva on the project.
The Project-Report must include the following:
 Cover page, with title of project, school details/details of students.
 Statement of purpose/objectives/goals
 Certificate of completion under the guidance of the teacher.
 Students’ Action Plan for the completion of assigned tasks.
 Materials such as scripts for the theatre/role play, questionnaires for interview, written
assignments, essays, survey-reports and other material evidence of learning progress and
academic accomplishment.
 The 800-1000 words essay/Script/Report.
 Student reflections
 Photographs that capture the positive learning experiences of the student.
 List of resources/bibliography.

MATERIAL REQUIRED:
Paper, Pen, a pair of scissors, colorful sheets, adhesive, Scale, Pencil, eraser.
METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION:
(i) Paste a rectangular colorful strip on the left hand side with three points on it as shown
in the Fig 3.1. Name the points as 1, 2 and 3.
(ii) Paste another rectangular strip on the right hand side and add two points on it as
shown in Fig.3.2. Name the points on the rectangle as ‘a’ and ‘b’.
(iii) Join points on the left rectangular shape to the points on the right rectangular shape as
shown in Fig. 3.3.
DEMONSTRATION:
1. Take the set X = {1, 2, 3}
2. Take the set Y = {a, b}
3. Join (corresponding) elements of X to the elements of Y as shown in Fig. 3.3

OBJECTIVE:
To draw the graph of 𝐬𝐢𝐧−𝟏 𝒙 , using the graph of sin x and demonstrate the concept of mirror
reflection (about the line y = x).
MATERIAL REQUIRED:
White paper, ruler, colored pens, adhesive, pencil, eraser.
METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION:
1. On the plane sheet of manual, paste a white paper of size 25 cm × 25 cm (say).
2. On the paper, draw two lines, perpendicular to each other and name them X′OX and YOY′
as rectangular axes as shown in figure pasted below.
3. Graduate the axes approximately as shown in Fig. above by taking unit on X-axis = 1.25
times the unit of Y-axis.

Put a mirror on the line y = x. The image of the graph of sin x in the mirror will represent the
graph of 𝐬𝐢𝐧−𝟏 𝒙 showing that 𝐬𝐢𝐧−𝟏 𝒙 is mirror reflection of sin x and vice versa.
