Summary

We, the Team Unity, are a group of sports enthusiasts proposing to

organize an Indoor Soft Ball Cricket Tournament aimed at
encouraging student involvement, promoting teamwork, and
building connections with the wider cricket community.

The event is scheduled for 25th of April 2025 at Uda para Indoor
Cricket Stadium, starting at 8.30am. We are expecting 12 cricket
teams to participate, including both internal teams and invited
outside clubs, to ensure a competitive and exciting tournament
atmosphere.

The purpose of this proposal is to gain off icial permission to host

the event and approval to invite external clubs. We also request
support with logistics and coordination.
The estimated total budget for the event is Rs.56 000, which will
cover equipment, venue setup, ref reshments, and prizes for
winners.

Our goal is to deliver a fun, well organized tournament that

promotes healthy competition, fosters community engagement,
and creates lasting memories for all participants.

We successfully organized our sub-event and made a prof it of

Rs. 10,000. To generate even more prof it. We aim to organize an
Indoor Cricket Tournament that promotes teamwork,
sportsmanship, and f riendly competition, while supporting
charitable causes through donations f rom entry fees and
sponsorships. The event will bring together a diverse group of
cricket enthusiasts for a fun and competitive experience,
culminating in a closing ceremony to celebrate the winners.
Our team will leverage expertise in event planning, cricket
knowledge, and charity initiatives to ensure a smooth
execution. The project began with a shared passion for cricket
and a desire to engage the community. Next steps include
securing the venue, promoting the event, and f inalizing charity
partnerships. This tournament will offer a platform for players
to showcase their skills while giving back to the community.
