In House Summer Training on cutting Edge Technologies
May-June, 2025

Students Guidelines

Following guidelines to be followed for the I n H o u s e S u m m e r T r a i n i n g 2025 as mentioned

below.

1. In House Summer Training commenced from 20th May to 30th June, 2025 (Monday to Friday) in a
week. (5 Days per week)

2. Timing slots (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM) and (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM) on Daily Basis.

3. It is mandatory for all registered students to attend In House summer training in online or offline
mode & 90% attendance is mandatory.

4. Classes will be in blended(online & offline) mode at B3, Block respective venues and students must join
session on Microsoft Teams using CUCHD ID only written UID as USERNAME & at least 100 minutes
presence mandatory in each session for online students

5. In case, a student goes below the criteria of Attendance In house summer Training 90% then he/she
will n o t b e eligible for Training Completion Certificate.

6. Students must maintain a positive and proactive attitude throughout the training period and follow the training
schedule strictly and be punctual.

7. Students must be join online session in respective Microsoft Team (MS Team) as per morning shift and evening
shift before 5 minutes prior to the start of the session.

8. It is mandatory for all students to submit weekly based Assignments/Projects given by trainers. All
assignments/projects are graded. Based upon the marks scored in assignment/ projects will be counted in
final industrial training grades in 5th semester.

9. The attendance of the students will be marked on daily basis by respective Trainers.

10. 23rd May and 30th May, 2025 In House Summer Training Classes will exempted due to End Semester Final
Examination.

11. In case of any inappropriate behavior/indiscipline c r e a t e d by any student during I n H o u s e

S u m m e r T r a i n i n g 2 0 2 5 , strict disciplinary action will be taken against student from higher
authorities.
12. Training feedback to be collected from students on weekly basis through Google Form.

13. Project report must be prepared as prescribed format given by Trainer.

14. One Project & Six Assignments with One Quiz must be completed by each student during Six Weeks
training to get training completion certificate.
 15. Students must bring laptop with full backup for offline Sessions as per respective venues.

16. If student registered once in In House Sumer Training module though Google Form. He/She can’t
withdraw and Fee Non Refundable.

17. Minimum 60% marks required for the successful completion of In House training and evaluation rubrics
below.

Total Marks : 100
