We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Lead to join our dynamic team at a leading
FinTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing
scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps practices. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling
seamless development, deployment, and operations of cutting-edge financial technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DevOps Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and implement DevOps strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security, and Operations) to drive DevOps
best practices.

Infrastructure Management:

Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,
Azure, GCP).

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or
CloudFormation.

Ensure cost optimization and efficient resource utilization.

CI/CD Pipeline Implementation:

Monitoring & Incident Management:

Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Background:

4+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Proven track record of managing DevOps practices in a FinTech or high-compliance environment.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

DevSecOps & CI/CD
 Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security and compliance measures.
