1. Introduction
This project proposes the establishment of a high-speed Internet Service Provider (ISP) in
three key areas of Dhaka, Bangladesh: Dhanmondi, Uttara, and Lalmatia. These areas
are among the most densely populated and economically active regions in the city, with a
high demand for reliable and affordable internet services. The project will focus on
providing fiber-optic-based internet connectivity to residential, commercial, and
educational institutions, ensuring high-speed, low-latency, and uninterrupted service.
The landowner will provide the physical space required for setting up the ISP
infrastructure, such as servers, routers, and other equipment. This will significantly
reduce the initial capital expenditure.
In return, the landowner will receive a share of the profits generated by the
ISP, creating a mutually beneficial partnership.
The landowner’s contribution will also include facilitating the installation of fiber-
optic cables and other necessary infrastructure.
Personal savings and investments will be used to cover the initial setup costs,
including purchasing equipment, hiring technical staff, and marketing the
service.
This ensures full control over the project and its operations, allowing for
quick decision-making and flexibility in implementation.
A portion of the personal fund will also be allocated as a contingency reserve
to address any unforeseen expenses during the project’s initial phase.
