1. Rotation, Balance, and Locomotion

- Rotation: Turning or spinning around a central point.

Example: Twisting your upper body or doing a full turn.

- Balance: Keeping your body steady while still or moving.

Example: Standing on one foot or holding a pose without falling.

- Locomotion: Moving your body from one place to another.

Examples: Walking, hopping, crawling, skipping.

2. Mimed Actions Using the Five Senses

- Mime: Acting without words using body movements and facial expressions.

Five Senses in Mime:

- Sight: Pretending to see something (e.g. looking through binoculars).

- Hearing: Acting like you're listening to a sound (e.g. music or shouting).

- Touch: Showing how something feels (e.g. hot, cold, rough).

- Smell: Pretending to smell something (e.g. a flower or a bad odor).
