The document discusses two line graphs: one showing the consumption of margarine, butter, and low-fat spreads from 1981 to 2007, and the other detailing weekly hospital admissions in five hospitals from 2004 to 2018. Margarine and butter consumption decreased, while low-fat spreads increased, with low-fat becoming the most popular by the end of the period. In the hospital admissions graph, Hospital B had the highest admissions, while Hospital O saw a decline, and Fortmith's admissions remained stable.
