2024 Approved General Contractors List

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) has released its 2024 Approved General Contractor List, which includes contractors eligible to work on DSHA-financed projects. 2024 APROVED GENERAL CONTRACTOR LIST

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is pleased to provide this list of General Contractors (GC) who are eligible to work on and/or bid on DSHA-financed projects. All approved GCs acknowledge that their firm's bonding capacity shall be certified, in writing, from
their bonding company at the time of the bid invitation or, if the GC is selected to be part of the development team, upon application submission. This approval is for DSHA's purposes only and is limited by the information provided by individual firms. GCs must re-apply
annually to be included on the DSHA Approved General Contractor list. DSHA makes no representation or opinion regarding a firm's current or future standing regarding legal matters or financial liquidity.

Contact information for each approved GC is provided below. Please contact them directly if you are interested in having their company bid on your project. Firms listed here are also eligible to be selected as the GC under Option 1 of the Bidding Protocol/Requirements
included in the 2023-2024 Minimum Construction/Rehabilitation Standards.
