Promotion of Science Education Through Digital Technology

**Objective:**

This workshop aims to introduce students to the fundamentals of programming, robotics, and
Artificial Intelligence (AI). By leveraging digital technology, students will gain hands-on experience,
practical knowledge, and an understanding of career opportunities in science and technology.

## **Workshop Plan & Schedule**

Each session will be conducted by experienced team members, with a **maximum duration of 45
minutes** per session. A media team will be present to document the event.

### **Session 1: Basic Programming


- **Time Duration: 45 minutes
- **Agenda:-
- Introduction to programming and its real-world applications (10 min)
- Basics of game engine and website structure (15 min)
- Hands-on practice: Creating a simple webpage using HTML (15 min)
- Q&A session (5 min)

- **Expected Outcome:-
- Students will understand the importance of coding and its applications for productivity.
- Gain Interest In Game development, Software development and website development.
- Gain confidence in exploring coding independently.

- **Time Duration: 45 minutes

- Introduction to robotics and its impact on industries (10 min)
- Basics of Arduino, Servo Motors, and their functionalities (15 min)
- Hands-on projects:
- LED Blinking Project (10 min)
- Radar System (10 min)
- **Expected Outcome:-
- Students will understand basic robotics components and sensors.
- They will gain hands-on experience in Robotics (Arduino-based) projects.
- They will develop an interest in automation and robotics.

- How AI is changing industries and careers (10 min)
- How to use prompts effectively.(5 min)
- AI tools for productivity and learning (10 min)
- Future career paths in AI and technology (10 min)

- Students will grasp the fundamentals of AI.
- They will learn how AI is used in real-life applications.
- They will explore career opportunities in AI-related fields.
