Introduction
“Model Bank Reference System” is released with demo data to enable the Pre-Sales to demonstrate T24
Transact Model Bank functionality.
It is pre-configured with Products, Enquiries, Reports and a host of other features.
This document is intended to aid Pre-Sales to understand the “demo data” available in AU Model Bank and
choose the appropriate data set for demos. In addition, general guidelines to be followed for login and
navigations are detailed.
Details user guides are released in Doc 2.0 for each of the functionalities that are offered as part of the AU
offering. Please go through the user guides to understand the functionality.

AA Overview changes
New AA Overview screen has been released for Transaction and Savings Account and Term Deposit account
types. On top of the existing AA Overview, additional modifications and configuration was done to incorporate
the functionalities built in AUMB and modifications to meet the requirement as per AU market practice has been
introduced.

Transaction & Savings Accounts overview


Using the new Arrangement Overview screen the user is able to:
 View all the arrangement details, interest history, facilities, conditions, alerts and correspondence
 Update the account details and conditions
 Close an account
 View the transaction lists and statements
 Any amendments to the account data or conditions are triggered from this view
 Updated to include interest breakdown by accrued interest for the current period, interest posted for
the previous period and total interest year to date.

Term Deposit overview


Following AU regional functionalities that has been incorporated into the Term Deposit overview.
View all the arrangement details, interest history, facilities, conditions, alerts and correspondence
 Update the deposit details and conditions
 Close a deposit
 View the transaction lists and statements
 Any amendments to the deposit data or conditions are triggered from this view
 Updated to include interest breakdown by accrued interest for the current period, interest posted for
the previous period and total interest year to date.

Any amendments to the customer data or preferences can be triggered from this view.
For vulnerable customers or customers unable to complete payments, this view is used to make payments on
their behalf.
Any changes to the recurring payments, stopping direct entries or amending beneficiaries are possible from this
view.
Any adjustments, like interest adjustment or tax refund etc., any posting restrictions at a customer level and
resetting of inactive accounts are enabled on this view.

Role Based Home Pages


Currently the following Role Based Home Pages are available to perform AU Model Bank operations.
1. AU Call Center Representative – Financial institutions needs to comply with Australian Banking Code
of Practice, which requires the banks to be able to assist the vulnerable customers. Call
Center/Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling enquiries from the customer and
to provide services on retail products, including AU regional products Transaction Accounts, Term
Deposits and Loans.
The menu operations are classified by functions such as Customer, Products, Payments etc.

Please note that the role-based user is still work in progress and does not include lending products
currently.
