Guide for
One PM FSR

Home Screen
The One PM FSR feature is available only
for calls under the AIR and POWER product
groups with the PM_ENPI call type. Calls
Clockin
are eligible for consolidation only if they
share the same customer address.
Additionally, calls can be selected for
consolidation only after all required data is
filled, including Punch-In, Check-In, and
Workbench details. Incomplete calls will Same Location calls

not be eligible for One PM FSR selection.

Note : Clock out will be occur automatically at 12:00 AM

Swipe the card right to left to get these


options.Here Engineer can “Accept, Forward
or Reject” the call

● The call must belong to the POWER or AIR
product group.
● The Call Type must be PM_ENPI.
● A One PM FSR will be generated only if all
PM_ENPI calls share the same customer
name.
● If the customer name varies across the
PM_ENPI calls, the Option for One PM FSR
will not work.

Call Flow
1. When a call is selected from the assigned calls
list, the call detail screen will open. On this screen,
the engineer has the option to accept, reject, or
forward the call.

2. After the engineer accepts the call,
the call gets moved to “My calls”.
3. Now the engineer can select a call and
proceed to start Travel.

4. The app helps engineers in travelling
from their current location to the
customer’s site.
5. Once they arrive at the site, they can
initiate their work by using the punch-in
status section within the “Status” tab.
6. A problem code in the FSM mobile app is
to be filled as per the type of call and
problem identified.

7. Engineer should also fill out the Risk Assessment
form after selecting the problem code in punch in
Tab.

8. After the engineer has punched in, they can
commence the call either by scanning the QR code
or by initiating it manually.

9. If you select the detail tab calls vital timing
information will appear.

Material Tab- Activity
10. Material => Activity:
Engineers can add consumed or
returned parts in this section. They can
enter the part code, which will
automatically populate the description,
and specify the sub-inventory locator
for better tracking.

11. If serialization is enabled for the part
code, the engineer must enter the serial
number for that specific . part code; only
then will the submit button be enabled.

12. Once an order is placed, the order summary
will be sent to the warehouse and the manager.
The engineer can view the status of the order
by clicking the "Track" button. Additionally, the
engineer can send a reminder to the
warehouse manager if needed.

13. Travel Time - The Travel timing will be appear
in Travel Time Tab.

14. Work Bench:
Engineers can record
call-related activities by
adding observations,
actions taken, and
recommendations for
future improvements.

15. Once the all datas are filled and
submitted it will been shown in the
workbench tab.

16. The entered data for Workbench is displayed
in a tabular column, including the time it was
added. Additionally, options to edit and delete are
provided.

17. Equipment facetime => checkout:
After reviewing the details or
completing the call, the engineer can
check out from the call.

18. After selecting checkout and
Complete option there will be warning
appear Do you want to mark the call
as One PM FSR.
If the engineer want to generate one
pm fsr then engineer has to click on
YES,
If they dont want one PM FSR then
click on NO.
If Clicked on Yes it will redirected to
Summary Page, After adding details
user can click on Submit button.

19. Upon clicking Submit, the call status will
change to Working.
From Workings Tab the engineer can select
other calls with the Call Type PM_ENPI and
the same customer's name, the engineer will
be able to select all such PM_ENPI calls up to
8 numbers from the same customer location
by checking the corresponding checkbox.

Note: In order to select calls for One PM FSR,


all mandatory data must be completed for
each call. This includes entries for
Workbench, Punch-In, Check-In, and other
required fields. Only after all required
information is filled will the engineer be able
to select the calls for One PM FSR generation.

20. If only one call should be moved to
Working status initially. The next
PM_ENPI call with the same address
must first be Accepted, and the engineer
must complete all required data (e.g.,
Punch-In, Check-In, Workbench, etc.).
Once all mandatory fields are filled for
the second call, it will also transition to
Working status.
After both calls are in Working status
with all data completed, the engineer
can then select the calls and click
Submit to proceed with the One PM FSR
process.

21. A warning popup will appear with
the message: "Do you want to
consolidate the selected calls into a
single FSR?"
If the engineer clicks Yes, they will be
redirected to the Preview page, where
they can review the details of all
selected calls. Additionally, the engineer
can capture the customer's signature
once for all consolidated calls.

22. Once both the customer and engineer
signatures are captured, the engineer can
click Submit. Upon submission, a
confirmation popup will appear with the
message:
"Are you sure you want to submit the
signatures and proceed to the punch-out
process?"
If the engineer clicks Yes, they will be
redirected to the Feedback page.

23. On the Feedback page, the engineer
can optionally provide a rating, along
with comments from both the engineer
and the customer. The engineer can also
proceed with the Punch-Out process
from this page. Once Punchout Done
Popup asking are you sure want to do
punchout If click on yes . All the selected
pm calls will be moved to completed
status.
