1) Using MS-Word, do the following:

Artificial Intelligence
AI, also known as Artificial intelligence, is a technology with human-like problem-solving
capabilities. AI in action appears to simulate human intelligence—it can recognize images, write
poems, and make data-based predictions.
Modern organizations collect large data volumes from diverse sources, such as smart sensors,
human-generated content, monitoring tools, and system logs. Artificial intelligence technologies
analyze the data and use it to assist business operations effectively. For example, AI technology
can respond to human conversations in customer support, create original images and text for
marketing, and make smart suggestions for analytics.
Ultimately, artificial intelligence is about making software smarter for customized user interactions
and complex problem-solving. Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the capability of computational
systems to perform tasks typically associated with human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning,
problem-solving, perception, and decision-making. It is a field of research in computer
science that develops and studies methods and software that enable machines to perceive their
environment and use learning and intelligence to take actions that maximize their chances of
achieving defined goals.

Apply the following formatting changes to the paragraph:

a. Set all paragraphs’ alignment to “Justify”.

b. Set Line Spacing for all paragraphs to 1.5.
c. Change Font Style to Times New Roman Font Size to 14 for all paragraphs.
d. Create a Bookmark at the end of the second paragraph.
e. Create Header with the text “AI” and page number as Footer.
f. Set Page Margin to “Moderate”.

2) Using MS-Word, do the following:

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. All questions answered by Assistant should be
crisp, clear, and concise. The “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet” has been used by typesetters
since the 1500s as placeholder text. It's meant to simulate real text by representing a typical
distribution of letters and word lengths. Most desktop publishing packages and web page
editors now use lorem ipsum filler text by default. Contrary to popular belief, lorem ipsum
is not simply random gibberish. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45
BC, making it over 2000 years old.

7) You are a business analyst for a leading e-commerce company. The company has provided you with
sales data for the last quarter across various product categories and regions. Your task is to perform
data analysis and generate meaningful insights to assist the management in making informed
decisions.
Using the given below dataset headers, fill your own data (at least 10) and analyze the data and answer
the following using MS Excel:
a. Calculate the total revenue generated by each product category.
b. Determine the top 3 regions with the highest sales revenue.
c. Create a pivot table to summarize the total units sold by region and product category.
