ABSTRACT

This report presents a comprehensive overview of my internship experience in the Quality

Department of Machine House Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading engineering and manufacturing
company. The internship, conducted over a period of [insert duration], provided me with hands-on
exposure to quality management systems, inspection procedures, and industrial standards essential
for maintaining product reliability and customer satisfaction.

During the internship, I participated in various activities including daily quality inspections,
documentation, internal audits, and cross-functional interactions. I gained practical experience in
using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and surface testers,
as well as exposure to ISO 9001:2015 standards, 5S methodology, Kaizen practices, and Statistical
Process Control (SPC).

In addition to technical skills, I developed a deeper understanding of quality documentation, root

cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and inter- departmental coordination.
The report highlights the key responsibilities, challenges, tools, and techniques employed in the
department, along with the skills acquired and observations made throughout the training.

Overall, this internship served as a valuable bridge between academic learning and industrial
application, preparing me for future roles in quality management and engineering fields.
