4. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
5. Beware of loose clothes, loose skin or long hair that could be caught in the wheels.
6. Use the creeper only for its intended use as described in this manual.
7. Keep all sharp objects away from the seat cushions.
8. Inspect for any loose or broken pieces. Never operate the creeper if the creeper is not functioning properly.
9. Be aware of cracks, debris or tools on the floor that could cause tipping hazards when the creeper is in the upper
positions.
10. Max capacity of creeper is 350lb (155 kg). This includes your body weight and any additional force applied

AEROCREEPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE
With some minimal care and maintenance, your AeroCreeper should serve well for many years to come.

Cleaning
Clean the upholstery pads and other surfaces with a damp cloth. Test any cleaner in a hidden area to ensure it won’t
damage or discolor the vinyl pads. Some solvents and cleaners may damage the upholstery.

Annual inspection recommendations

✓ Ensure that warning labels are in place and readable. (See “Warning Label Placement” on page 8). Replacement
labels can be acquired at www.aerocreeper.com or email [email protected] .

✓ Check wheels for excessive wear. Replace if necessary.
✓ Manual-adjusting models only: Check positioning teeth that are under the seat for signs of overloading or
deformation. Replace if any teeth have been damaged to the point that they might not support the worker.

they try to adjust it or move around on it.

4
Adjusting the Power-Lift AeroCreeper (AC1003)

WARNING:

1. Use caution when adjusting AeroCreeper while under equipment to prevent creeper from raising you into
bottom of equipment.
2. Whenever possible, you should adjust to the desired height before rolling under equipment. This will prevent
creeper from going up too fast causing you to crash into the bottom of the equipment.
3. Creeper is designed with two rocker switches, and both must be pressed to move the creeper. This is to prevent
accidental movement of the creeper and to keep hands in a safe position while adjusting the creeper.
4. Before each use, test the rocker switches one at a time to ensure creeper will not move when only one is
pressed and are not sticking in either direction.
5. Never bypass safety switches.
6. If creeper is not working as intended, stop using immediately (e.g., if there is any undesired movement)
7. Be aware there is a potential for the creeper to fail to raise while in the bottom position (e.g., the battery runs
out of charge). If you are disabled and rely on the creeper to raise you up, always have an alternate option to
get up (e.g., have a spare battery, have someone nearby to help, keep a cell phone with you, etc.)
8. This relies on electrical connections and sparks may occur. Keep away from flammable objects.
