Problem
As a customer, I have always felt lack of individual human reviews for the orders I’m
placing. This creates confusion whether I should order that specific item or not
especially if I haven’t any specific order history of that item or from that restaurant.
And it becomes hard to try new things, try to explore best, feed your curiosity and
even fulfill your basic necessity of eating good food considering good reviews.
Also users often have specific questions about restaurants that aren’t easily
answerable through traditional search. For example:
1. I feel like eating something spicy and South Indian under ₹200”, recommend
some best options considering past order reviews.
2. Which restaurant has the best vegetarian options in their menu?
3.Does ABC restaurant have any gluten-free appetizers?
4.What's the price range for XYZ restaurant's dessert menu?
5.Compare the spice levels mentioned in the menus of restaurants A and B?

Review oriented Swiggy platform with integrated


Rag-based chatbot
This is a smart, user-centric version of swiggy. Integrating these features transforms
swiggy into a platform based mostly on reviews from users. People will know swiggy as
a platform where they will feel more real and more confident with their orders. When
people will know that they’re considering reviews from real peoples who have already
tried that particular dish from that particular restaurant , they’ll be more confident with
their orders and more prone to place order in this scenario. Thus, we need to emphasis
on ways to collect reviews from our each and every customer and add a review section
below each dish from every restaurant. Screenshot for the UI of same is attached below.
So this was one part, Now this Collected review data combined with menu data of every
restaurant will be used to build a robust RAG-based chatbot. This chatbot will simulate a
real-world application that could enhance Zomato's user experience by allowing
customers to ask natural language questions about restaurants, Menus, reviews and
past customer experience and receive accurate, contextual responses based on up-
to-date information.
Use case flow-
1. User leaves review which is stored in structured form.
2. Each dish from each restaurant contains review section where all corresponding
reviews are shown.
3. Chatbot reads reviews and menu data.
4. Chatbot provides intelligent actions like:
 Personalized food recommendations
 Trend-based insights (e.g., “many users have complained about cold food from X”)

The chatbot will be answering following questions:


Dietary Preferences & Restrictions
 Which restaurants offer vegan main courses under ₹300?
 Do any restaurants near me serve Jain food?
Menu Item Discovery
 What are the top-rated pasta dishes in nearby Italian restaurants?
 Which restaurant serves the most popular thali in this area?
