SUMMER HOLIDAY HOMEWORK 2025-26 SUB: ENGLISHCORE CLASS : XII

Vacation is the time that we all eagerly wait for. We all make plans to enjoy, relax and empower

ourselves during these days. This summer vacation the Holidays Homework has been designed with
the motto “Have Fun as you Learn”.

a.Prepare a Schedule and follow it during holidays. It will help you become a good time manager.

b.Give time to pursue your hobby as we all need ‘Me Time’

c.Limit the use of gadgets and use the time saved in reading Newspaper/Books.

d.Give prime importance to your Health. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

e.Don’t forget exercise and practice yoga to improve your stamina.

f.Pledge to “ Eat Right (Less Sugar, Less Oil, Less Salt and Less Outside Food)

g. Put in efforts to improve your vocabulary- Add one word per day to your vocabulary

Holidays Assignments

1. Prepare a PPT

Make a PPT/ Collage on the poem Keeping Quiet using appropriate pictures.

In a Pen drive/A4 Sheet

2. Comic Strip

What to do?

Make a comic strip of the chapter Tiger King.

Where to do?

In English Notebook

Parameters:- Content , creativity, relevance .

3. Being Innovative with ideas:-

4. Read any one chapter of your choice and write the review.
