Step 1: Visit the Website

Step 2: No Signup Required (Optional)

 You can use Perplexity without logging in.

 But if you want saved history or personalized answers, click “Sign in” at the
top right and log in with your Google or Apple account.

Step 3: Ask a Question

 In the search bar, type your query in natural language.

 Example: “What are the benefits of Artificial Intelligence in education?”

Step 4: Get Results with Citations

 Perplexity will show you an AI-generated answer.

 Below the answer, you’ll see clickable citations from real websites (like
Wikipedia, journals, news sites).

Step 5: Explore More (Optional)

 Click on “Related Questions” to explore follow-up answers.

 You can also switch tabs like “Academic”, “Wolfram Alpha”, or “YouTube”
for more sources.

Step 6: Use Copilot Mode (Optional)

 Click the “Copilot” icon (like a star/robot) to enable step-by-step guided


search.

 Copilot asks follow-up questions and refines your answer.

Step 7: Share or Copy

 Click the “Share” button to copy a link or export your answer.

 Always check the sources to verify the information.


2. Gamma AI
Introduction:
Gamma AI is an online tool that helps you create beautiful, engaging
presentations using artificial intelligence. Instead of designing slides manually,
you just type your idea and Gamma does the rest for you.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Visit the Website

 Open your browser and go to: https://gamma.app

Step 2: Sign Up / Sign In

 Click on “Sign up” if you’re a new user.

 Use your email or sign up using your Google account.

 If you already have an account, click “Sign in”.

Step 3: Start a New Presentation

 Once logged in, click on the “+ New” button.

 Select “Start from AI”.

Step 4: Enter a Prompt

 Type a simple prompt or topic you want a presentation about.

 Example: “The importance of renewable energy”

 Click “Generate”.

Step 5: Choose a Format

 Gamma will ask if you want a document, presentation, or webpage.

 Choose “Presentation” for a slide format.

Step 6: Wait for AI to Generate

 Gamma will now generate slides with text, titles, and design. (only upto 10
slides for free . if u want more then you have to add susbcription)

 You’ll see a preview of the slide deck in a few seconds.

Step 7: Edit the Presentation

 Click on any text to change it.

 You can also add images, charts, and links.

 Use the toolbar on the side to change themes, fonts, or layouts.


Step 8: Present or Share

 Once ready, click on the “Present” button on top ,to go full screen.

 You can also click “Share” to copy a public link or invite team members.

📝 Tips:

 Great for teachers, students, marketers, or business users.

 You can reuse the slides and export them as PDFs.

Introduction:
12ft.io is a free tool that allows you to read paywalled or blocked articles
(especially from news sites) by removing login requirements or subscription
messages.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Open the Website

 Go to your browser and type: https://12ft.io

Step 2: Copy the Article Link

 Open a new tab.

 Go to the paywalled article you want to read (for example, from The
Washington Post, Medium, etc.).

 Copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar.

Step 3: Paste the Link in 12ft

 Go back to https://12ft.io

 Paste the article link into the search bar provided.

 Click the Unlock or Remove Paywall button.

Step 4: Read the Article

 You will now be taken to a clean, readable version of the article.

 Most of the time, ads, popups, and login messages will be removed.

📝 Tips:

 12ft works best on news and media sites.

 It does not work on all websites (especially ones with strict paywalls like
The New York Times).

 Use it for personal learning, research, or study purposes.


4. NotebookLM
Introduction:
NotebookLM is an experimental AI-powered notebook by Google that helps you
analyse, summarize, and work with your notes and documents. It can answer
questions based on your content, generate summaries, and help with research—
all inside one smart notebook.

 You must be logged into your Google account to access the tool.

Step 2: Start a New Notebook

 Click on “Create Notebook”.

 Give your notebook a title (e.g., “Notes”).

Step 3: Add Sources to the Notebook

 Click on “+ Add Source” and select a file or paste content.

Step 4: Let NotebookLM Analyze

 Once the content is uploaded, NotebookLM will automatically read it.
