i. Using suitable word processing software, type the passage below as it is and answer the questions that
follow.

Imagine
Although I had never registred any meaningful success with girls at school, my friends always referred to me as a
handsome boy and probably this is why this girl was interested in me.

Our eyes met again and we both looked away, my whole bdy felt like jelly, I had to do something.

She could be thinking deeply about me I thoght. “How was I supposed to approch her?” I imagined.

Two hours later, the service ended, this was the time I had been waiting for all along. I would go and face her
boldly. But what would grandpa’s reaction be when he ever comes to know about this, since he had always
cautioned me about relatioships with girls.

ii. Correct any spelling errors.


iii. Bold the heading, change font size to 22, change it upper case underline and center it.
iv. Underline the last line of the last paragraph and italicize it. Change the font color of this line to red and
bold it.
v. Copy your work and paste it onto the second page.
vi. In the second page;
a) Change the font size to 12 of paragraph 1, 2, 3 and 4, and font type/face to monotype Corsiva.
b) Drop caps of the first letter of each paragraph.
c) Insert a rectangular auto shape filled with a blue color. Resize it to cover all the text and order
it behind the text.
vii. Insert a yellow filled textbox as a footer. Insert your e-mail address in the yellow filled textbox and
make sure it appears as a hyperlink, also insert your name and index number in this textbox.
viii. Insert page numbers at the bottom.
ix. Insert a red diagonal text watermark as “My Future First”
x. Save your work in the folder you created on the desktop as your name.
xi. Print your work in landscape orientation.
