1. INTRODUCTION
The Swot analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is a strategic
tool used to assess the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external
(opportunities and Threats) factors affecting an organization, project, or
situation. The main objective of the SWOT analysis is to identify and better
understand the elements that can influence the success or failure of an
initiative.
Strengths and weaknesses are internal aspects of the entity being analyzed,
while opportunities and threats are external factors that are outside the direct
control of the entity but can affect it. The swot analysis is commonly used in
strategic planning, decision-making, and strategy development to maximize
strengths, minimize weaknesses, seize opportunities, and mitigate threats.

In conclusion, the analysis reveals that the institution

CONCLUSIONS
has strengths such as students' willingness to
participate in activities and strong support from the
teaching staff, but faces significant challenges,
including the presence of students with special
needs, widespread low motivation, insufficient
teaching staff, and limited technological resources.

However, there are opportunities for improvement

through collaboration with international
organizations, widespread access to technology
among students, and professional development for
teaching staff.

On the other hand, threats include lack of logistical

support from administration, rapid technological
advancement, and lack of motivation from some
parents, which can hinder students' educational
progress.
